Throughout my career, I have supported people with a wide range of care needs, including older adults, individuals living with dementia and Parkinson's disease, those with physical disabilities, and people with complex health conditions. Ruth joined Future Care Solutions in July 2013 as an Office Administrator and, through her dedication, commitment and extensive knowledge of the organisation, was promoted to Office Manager in June 2025.

With over a decade of experience at Future Care Solutions, Ruth plays a key role in the day-to-day management of the office, supporting both staff and service users to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and approachable nature make her an invaluable member of the team.

Before joining Future Care Solutions, Ruth worked as a nanny for 13 years, developing exceptional communication, problem-solving and people skills. Her experience working closely with families gave her a deep understanding of the importance of care, support and building positive relationships, values that continue to guide her work today.

In 2016, while working full-time, Ruth achieved a BA (Hons) in Psychology through the Open University. Her studies enhanced her understanding of human behaviour, wellbeing and individual needs, providing a strong foundation for her role within the care sector.

As Office Manager, Ruth is passionate about creating a supportive and professional environment for colleagues, service users and their families. She takes pride in ensuring that Future Care Solutions continues to provide high-quality, person-centred services and is always willing to go the extra mile to support both the team and the people they care for.

I first joined Future Care Solutions as a Bank Care Assistant in 2023 before becoming a Senior Carer in October 2025. In June 2026, I progressed into the role of Care Coordinator, where I continue to support both our clients and care team.

Working in care has given me a real passion for providing compassionate, person-centred support that helps people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. I enjoy building trusting relationships with clients, their families, and our carers, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued.

Having worked in both frontline care and coordination, I understand the importance of communication, teamwork, and delivering high-quality care. My goal is to ensure our clients receive the best possible support while helping our carers feel confident and equipped to provide exceptional care every day.

Outside of work, I'm a proud wife and mum who loves spending time with my family. Much of my spare time is spent managing my son's grassroots football team, supporting him from the sidelines, and being a proud dance mum to my daughter.
