we have been looked after by this company extremely well after mom came home from hospital, been extremely helpful in every way, my family are so relieved to have these ladies on our side.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my brother David. He has been a service user of monarch care in excess of a decade and has previously used other care providers, none of which compared. The carers and management are professional, well mannered, caring, efficient and are capable of providing complex care needs patently and efficiently. Obviously there has been issues over the last 10-12 years but as soon as they have been brought to the attention of carers or management any issues have been dealt with promptly and satisfactory. We are both very pleased with the service received.

The two young men are amazing support workers. They have been enthusiastic and helpful , they have entered his world and he is happy.
I had been doing weekly round trips of 100 miles to clean and provide food shopping but I haven't needed to since the monarch team has taken over which has been a huge relief allowing me to be Mum and sleep at night.

Very satisfied with the service given by Monarch. Staff are very respectful, punctual and complete all tasks required in a dignified manner. Good communication between myself and the teams if there are any concerns and Mom has a good relationship with her carers.

From the onset, the carers have been pleasant, helpful and responsive to both my father's needs and my mother's.
Whilst we appreciate it is very difficult for the team to be specific regarding times of the daily visits they have always tried to accommodate my parents' requests about times which has been appreciated particularly as my mother is an insulin dependant diabetic and has to adhere to a strict routine around mealtimes.
During the recent snowy weather, the carers still arrived every day, a huge relief to my parents.
The office staff are also polite, friendly and helpful and have recently given me reassurance regarding access to a covid-19 test prior to my father going into a care home for respite care - Monarch will do it for us, what a relief! Thank you to all the team of carers and administration staff.

We as a family were extremely reassured to know that our mum still had her usual visits from her carers during the snowy/icy weather. The carers went above and beyond, some completing visits on foot, to make sure that Mum’s needs were still met. We would also like to thank carers for continuing to work cheerfully throughout the pandemic while taking the necessary precautions.

Dreadful service, all about the money. Drop clients immediately when price is questioned. Turn up at ridiculous times. Who wants to wait until 12pm and after to get up and dressed? Charging £24 an hour for the privilege as well. Disgusting! Avoid this company.
Please note that we did not drop the service, we were informed that the client's family have sourced another care provider. This was after the local authority funding ran out (which is in place for the initial few weeks) and the client was required to pay for the service themselves, as assessed by...
Never turn up 4 days into package and we've had 5 calls instead of the 16 that were scheduled. Poor excuses. Lovely staff that are clearly stressed and overworked.
Management promise to deliver yet constantly let service users down .
