The role of No Place Like Home's Personal Assistants is to support clients in whatever way they would like to maintain their independence and quality of life at home.
The service especially welcomes individuals affected by dementia.
The service achieved the highest possible Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating of 'Outstanding' in all 5 domains of safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led (July 2023).

- Hourly Visiting Care Fees: £39.15 - £44.30
Anti-social hours Weekdays 7-9am and 6-10pm Weekends and Public Holidays £44.30 †

* Time to be taken in minimum 2-hour blocks
* If just once a week, our minimum visit is 3 consecutive hours
* For some locations an additional mileage supplement may be levied
* Price guide only - agreed fees will always be confirmed in writing
* Initial assessment fee is £40 (reimbursed in our first full month’s invoice)
* Fees are reviewed annually in April
* Client mileage charged at 75p/mile
* Any other expenses charged at cost

Over all time No Place Like Home has 1 review.
While the care at the nursing home was very professional she soon became very lonely as she had been used to having someone with her throughout the whole of the day. Then I heard of No Place Like Home and hired them to attend my friend every day seven days a week. It was a Godsend and made the difference between sitting in her room feeling lonely each day to having a constant friend with her. It was life changing and enabled my friend to live happily into her nineties for another six years after her husband passed away and even though her health was failing she enjoyed her life till the end. This wouldn't have happened without the lovely and caring staff of No Place Like Home and I couldn't recommend them enough.
