Consistently bad service, the carers are lovely and a credit to the company, but are regularly sent alone when 2 carers are required. Carers are expected to make journeys between service users homes to totally unrealistic times frames. Management is very poor and it is often difficult to contact them. Despite a formal complaint being made in writing, no response has been received, not even an acknowledgement and the complaint handler does not return telephone calls. The only reason to remain a service user of this company is the dedication of the care staff. I will be making a referral to the Care Quality Commission and Social Services.

Consistently bad service, the carers are lovely but are regularly sent alone when 2 carers are required. Carers are expected to make a 30-minute drive in less than 10 minutes. Management is very poor and is often arrogant and rude when contacted.

If a carer is running late they will ring us to inform us and the other carer will just get on with preparing stuff and other things they can do alone until the other staff arrives. If my other half doesn't require hoisting and the carer is running late, I'll tell the other carer to let them know they don't need to come as they can do other jobs alone without hoisting. We understand that the bus services are not reliable but the care staff always keep us updated. I can't fault this company at all. Highly recommend.

Excellent care company, looked after my grandparents. They had a great team of carers which looked after my grandparents with dignity and respect.

Carers were excellent, treated my dad with dignity and respect. Never used a home care company before and wasn't too keen on the idea in the beginning but Temple Mead Care has changed my opinion of care at home. Thanks again
