Marieco Care

Generally I am happy with the care. It is great that dad is getting regular visits everyday. The carer is kind and efficient, and keeps on top of the general tasks. There are still things that I would like improvement on, like keeping on top of the cleanliness, and keeping air flowing through the flat and getting rid of the bad smells. It's good that they take dad out of the house to get some exercise, and I want that to continue. And I would like dad to have more of a variety with the food he eats. He needs a more balanced diet.

We are very happy with the service, the carers are doing a good job looking after my daughter. The communication with the office has improved and we don't have any concerns.

Everyone is really good - communication in the office and care is seen by behaviour of all staff. Sultana is very considerate and always takes all feedback seriously.

We been with them for over 3 months and the care and support is second to none. I really appreciate the experience and check in there give to family to make sure thing are working well and the needs are met. My main carer tashnim is amazing and really look after mum.

Overall very satisfactory and professional service with no major complaints. Incidental minor issues are dealt with in a rapid and professional manner. I consider that Marieco Care take all reasonable efforts to ensure the delivery of good care at a high standard, and a careful and respectful in their approach to clients and residents.

I am happy with the care given to my auntie. The staff treat my auntie with dignity and respect. We get the best experience with Marieco Care. The staff speak with my auntie informing her of the sales artes and other worldly affairs in her language so my auntie understands.
