Following a fall that hospitalised my father at 10pm, 24hr care for my mother was implemented immediately at significant inconvenience to both carers and coordinator. They could not have been kinder or more helpful.
The only issue occurred while our usual care coordinator was on holiday and sadly the response was not ideal. However, I have every confidence that with the new office team there will be no repeat.
As a family we could not be more grateful to Bluebird for the kindness and efficiency they have shown to me and my parents.
Personally I cannot thank or praise them enough!
Bluebird are reliable!!!! Very occasionally a carer may be unavoidably late due to an accident on the roads but otherwise, in 3 years, they have never been late, and certainly not without calling to let me know. For me this is extremely important.
Their systems are efficient, from booking, updating the care plan, receiving emailed rota's, to daily update into their App, (which I can access and see everything I need to see), through to billing. They take all my calls seriously and act on whatever I need without question.
Finally, their carers are fantastic. They are warm, friendly, well trained, good at letting me know any concerns, keeping me updated, but most of all, they seem to really like the company, feel appreciated so do their job happily! That means a lot to my neighbour. There is not one she doesn't like.
Very satisfied.
We're so pleased to hear you were very satisfied with our service. Your feedback means a lot to the team.
Warm regards,
Wiltshire South Bluebird Care Team
Well I am really happy with how Bluebird care comes out to my dear friend all the was to a tiny village in wilts. Took my friend a good few days to settle into home care but are amazing. They even take care of their dog and make sure she's let out. House is kept clean I do pop up and do spot checks as work part time and always clean. My friend is well cared for well done team Bluebird
Thank you for your review. We are always happy to be able to support someone with care at home. We know how much it helps to be at home surrounded by loved ones and especially pets, so we are very glad to be able to help your friend with this too. Pets mean so much to us all. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Always happy to help.
Morning call, carer tells my dad to leave the urine soaked bedsheets to dry out? After the evening carer has been and gone, I visit my dad to find wet bedding still on his bed. Is this what this care company calls care? Treat your clients with the kindness and dignity that they deserve. New care provider starting, not a moment too soon.
We sincerely apologise for this situation. This isolated incident does not reflect the service we strive to provide, and we regret any frustration caused. We take great pride in delivering exceptional care and value open communication. Your feedback helps us improve, and we want you to feel heard....
Bluebird Care Wiltshire South is providing Mum with incredible care at a very challenging period in her life and the life of our family. She fell four months ago, sustaining potentially life-changing injuries, and on discharge from hospital, has needed daily personal care. The care team are kind, professional, good-humoured and hard-working. Their visits have Mum laughing and chatting, transforming her mood when at times she feels understandably low. They are respectful of her needs and very supportive of my father who is now her full-time carer. The office team bend over backwards to sort out rotas and medication, are instantly responsive to calls and emails and always patient with enquiries. With so many new problems to solve, it is such a relief to know they have everything covered. They even made us aware of health issues Mum had missed, maybe saving her life. All of them are a huge blessing to our family, I am so grateful for their care and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Thank you so much for your review and kind words. We are always so happy to receive feedback and it is so rewarding to know we are making a positive difference in our customers' lives. Thank you.
More attention could be given to catheter training. Regarding administration, telephone support has been very good. Less satisfactory has been the rare notification of late arrivals or change of carer.
Thank you for the review and we will take all your comments into consideration. We have already added some additional catheter training as per your request and continue to make our best efforts to navigate the Salisbury roadworks to be on time for visits. We appreciate all feedback and strive to be better in every way, always.
My family and I would like to express sincere gratitude for the professional, respectful and compassionate care given to my mother during the last few weeks of her life. We were lucky to have a wonderful live-in carer, who was attentive and discreet. We would also like to thank the supervisor who liaised with all the relevant NHS providers to ensure that our mother had all the necessary equipment, facilities and community nursing that allowed our mother to pass peacefully in her home. We would highly recommend Bluebird Care Wiltshire.
Thank you for the lovely feedback - we are pleased to know we made a positive impact and gave you all the support you needed over this time. We know it can be a difficult time for all involved. Thank you.
Bluebird Care has been helping my dad for the last six months. He recently had an unplanned stay in hospital and needed extra visits after he was discharged. I was expecting a delay before this could start but they set it up extremely quickly. This has given me and Dad peace of mind - thank you.
Thank you so much. We were so happy to be able to assist and we know how sometimes we require to have quick support and are so pleased we were able to add to your peace of mind.
All the staff we have met so far have been excellent: they are professional, very well trained, respectful, efficient, good at listening/communicating and punctual. The office staff have always been very responsive and helpful. Thank you.
Thank you for the lovely review. We are always delighted with positive feedback and knowing that our core values are being delivered through to all our customers. The acknowledgement is appreciated.
Communication is important. At times I need to remind her to speak up and face me to hear because of my deafness. I would like to thank them for all their help.
We so appreciate your gratitude - thank you so much for the review and we feel so happy that our vision for happiness at home is being fulfilled thought our services and staff.
Good service. Carers are friendly and helpful and their care is very good.
Thank you so much for your review. We strive to be professional, caring and provide the best home care possible.
It is difficult to summarise the work of a number of people as I get different individuals. Altogether, everyone works hard and produces an excellent result.
Thank you for your review. We are always striving to deliver the best care from the whole team. We appreciate your review and feedback, always.
I'm always contacted promptly if there is an issue that needs to be sorted out.
Thank you so much for the review. We are always so happy when our vision we have for our customers is carried through by our care professionals. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be your care company of choice.
We have experienced several different care companies for my brother and Bluebird have been the best. The training is very thorough. The carers are obviously supported well which comes across at every visit. Communication is very easy and always listened to and acted on if necessary. They are very reliable and have never missed a call through Covid or bad weather conditions. The company feels like it works as a team of friends who are always there to help, listen and carry out the job very professionally.
Thank you so much for the review. We are always striving to deliver this level of care and to keep our customers safe and happy at home. We are so grateful this is how you experienced our team. Caring and professional. Thanks again.
All staff at Bluebird Care are fantastic. They treat my father with respect and look after him excellently. They always arrive on time. All employees go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Thank you so much for your kind words and the lovely review. We're so happy we are able to support you and your father. Our commitment to the highest level of service for all our elderly care is our mantra. Thank you again.
I have found on the whole they look after Mum very well, even during the past year of the pandemic. They have always turned up and have been very good.
Thank you so much for your kind words, and as always please don't hesitate to feedback any areas where we can improve the service.
An efficient and helpful organisation whose carers are very kind and committed, providing an excellent respite for me and a good fun time for my wife.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, it's so appreciated by us.
I am very happy with the care and attention the carers provide. They are all polite and will do anything for me that I ask.
We started to receive support from Bluebird Care Wiltshire South in December 2020. They have been able to provide at home care for my father who has vascular dementia and also emotional support to my mother who is his main carer. My parents have found all of the staff to be friendly, caring and they look forward to seeing them. I have also found the administrative staff to be efficient and very approachable. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Thank you for leaving a review for Bluebird Care Wiltshire South. It's great to hear such a positive review. I am glad to hear that the care provided has been fantastic by the team and that the care is going so well.

Peter’s first experience arranging care was filled with frustration and anxiety due to poor customer service and a lack of support. This inspired him to create a better way. Now, with over a decade of industry experience, he owns and manages multiple London-based Bluebird Care offices. Prior to embarking on his journey in care, Peter earned a law degree and worked for an NGO in New Delhi, advocating for policy changes to improve lives. This passion for transformative change is reflected in his leadership of the Bluebird Care Wiltshire South office, which he manages, rated as ‘Good’ services by the CQC. Peter’s mission is to empower clients to live well in the comfort of their home by creating the best in-home care and support. He prioritises delivering compassionate, professional care that he would trust for his own family, which is reflected in building his business largely through referrals and recommendations. With Bluebird franchise partner, Tim Rowland-Jones, they now operate the largest multi-branch franchise business within the Bluebird Care network, providing home care services across Southwest England, Oxfordshire and London.
Tim brings extensive business management experience to his role overseeing Bluebird Care Wiltshire South. Before venturing into home care, he led a successful multi-channel retail business. However, his perspective changed when his grandfather’s dementia highlighted the urgent need for high-quality, compassionate care. This personal experience inspired him to open his first Bluebird Care office in Bath, where they have provided a high-quality service for over a decade, achieving an ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating for the branch. Tim is dedicated to making a difference and ensures all carers receive advanced training, allowing them to specialise in areas such as dementia, post-op rehabilitation, Parkinson’s, and complex care. He is focused on matching clients with the right carers based on personality and expertise, ensuring a truly personalised service. His own father now benefits from live-in care, fuelling his ongoing commitment to provide exceptional services to his local communities. With Bluebird franchise partner, Peter Slough, they now operate the largest multi-branch franchise business within the Bluebird Care network, providing home care services across Southwest England, Oxfordshire and London.
