Christchurch Care Reviews (6)
Over all time Christchurch Care has 6 reviews.
Christchurch Care have been consistently brilliant looking after my elderly mum. We live some distance away but have always felt comfortable knowing they all really care for her and will let us know about any issues. They are a really friendly team, they always know exactly who we are and our needs. The carers are all super and lovely people. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Thank you for your kind words, it has truly been a pleasure to support your mother. With Best wishes,
Christchurch Care.
I found that Christchurch Care always went that extra step to give outstanding service to my aunt. They ensured my aunt was always looked after and kept me informed of any issues they could not deal with.
Thank you Peter, it was an absolute pleasure to support your aunt. With best wishes, Christchurch Care.
Really pleased with the quality and consistency of care my mother is receiving. The carers are friendly and reliable. The care coordination is professional and clearly communicated. A recent review of my mother's care was enlightening in terms of the wide variety of services that Christchurch Care can provide to support an elderly person living independently at home.
Hi Phillip thank you for your kind words it's great to know we can help. Best wishes Christchurch Care
Although they are there to care for Mum, they keep my dad going, with their humour and laughter.
They arrive with a smile on their face and take an interest in the whole household.
Polite, courteous, chatty; the whole team is dedicated to providing excellent, quality care. Nothing is too much trouble.
The whole team is fantastic with good communication from the office staff.
Both of my parents have been cared for and continue to be cared for by Christchurch Care for nearly 5 years; they are both in their 90's and have different needs. To begin with, my parents were reluctant to accept care and had remained steadfastly independent for many years. Christchurch Care was amazing in gently tailoring the care and building up a trusting relationship with my parents. This has been a huge relief for both my sister and I as we live a distance away, and although had done our best to support our parents were beginning to recognise we couldn't provide them with the level of care they needed. In particular, their compassion and understanding of the complexity of caring for someone with progressing dementia have been so reassuring. I have also appreciated how they have communicated with my sister and me when they are concerned about anything or as happened recently, they stayed with my mother after she had a fall until an ambulance came some hours later.
Christchurch Care are a very caring agency, they look after all my needs at a very high level and I know they are only a phone call away if I need them, they are like a second family. They brighten up my day with a smile which has helped over the last twelve months that I have been shielding. I have been with them since 2019, I would certainly recommend them.
Thank you for the lovely review, it has truly been our pleasure.
