Annie looks after our administration and rota at Riverside, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. She plays a key role in making sure our clients receive reliable, high-quality support, while our care team feel valued, well-trained, and confident in the work they do. Annie takes real pride in keeping the service organised and running seamlessly, knowing it makes a positive difference for both clients and staff. She holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, supporting her role in leading, supporting, and developing the team.
Outside of work, Annie’s greatest joy is spending time with her grandson, Cruz, who keeps her smiling and is a daily reminder of what truly matters most.
Lisa has been part of the Riverside team for almost a year and has quickly grown to love her role in home care. She enjoys the variety of visiting different clients throughout the day and values the opportunity to build genuine, meaningful relationships with each person she supports. Lisa takes pride in delivering personal care and also enjoys the responsibility that comes with her position.
A true people person, Lisa is known for her warm nature and caring approach. Family is incredibly important to her, and when she’s not working, she loves spending her time with her loved ones and close friends.
Summer has been working in care for just over three years and joined Riverside in 2025. Her journey into care began much earlier, helping her mum look after her great-grandmother at home. Although she was very young at the time, the experience shaped her and inspired a lasting passion for supporting others professionally.
She genuinely enjoys her role and finds real happiness in visiting service users, brightening their day, and building meaningful, trusting relationships. She brings kindness, reliability, and a strong commitment to helping people feel safe, supported, and satisfied, along with the physical and emotional strength to be someone others can depend on. She looks forward to meeting more service users and continuing to offer the compassion, consistency, and support they deserve, while maintaining the strong relationships she has already built.
Outside of work, she keeps very busy. She has owned her horse, Molly, for two and a half years and spends most days riding and caring for her. She is also a black belt in karate, having trained for fourteen years.
Julie joined Riverside around three years ago after caring for her own family members, an experience that inspired her to support others with the same compassion. She loves that every day in care is different, rewarding, and full of opportunities to make a positive difference. Seeing a client smile or hearing their laughter when she arrives truly makes her heart sing.
Julie’s approach is always centred around each person’s individual needs and abilities. Naturally warm and people-focused, she brings strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to really listen. She prides herself on being organised, adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to find positive solutions to challenges.
