My mum-in-law gets excellent care and ongoing support from carers. The management team is also excellent at dealing with any issues and getting extra support needed. For quite a few months now there have been a lot of challenges - still on going - but the whole care team and management have been so
supportive and helpful to Mum and the family unit. I honestly don't know what we would do without them on board.

Riverside attend to my aunt 4 times a day, which enables her to remain at home which is her wish. The staff have always shown respect and integrity when caring for her and utmost patience at the most challenging times. They recognise when my aunt is unwell or in need of additional personal care as well
as ensuring any safety concerns, i.e. fraudulent phone calls, and uninvited visitors, are reported in a timely manner.

I must give grateful thanks to Riverside for their helpful, flexible and understanding support given to my parents. All carers were professional in their caring, punctual and kind. I was especially impressed with the consistency of staffing in these challenging times and their ability to respond quickly

Riverside have always been helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, thoughtful and attentive. They are a large enough company to have good resources and expertise but a small enough company to have the personal touch. They are flexible to needs and are understandable. They cared for my father in his last
days and we had no hesitation in then asking them to care for my mother when she became in need and used them up to the point she went into a care home. I would recommend them to anybody, without hesitation.

Outside of work, she keeps very busy. She has owned her horse, Molly, for two and a half years and spends most days riding and caring for her. She is also a black belt in karate, having trained for fourteen years.
