She later spent over a decade in housing, excelling in customer service, neighbourhoods, and rent collection roles. Joining HICA in 2019 as Housing Sales and Support Manager, Sian transitioned to Registered General Manager in 2022. She holds a Foundation Degree in Housing Practice, Level 3 Health and Social Care, and is pursuing her Level 5 qualification, alongside certifications in leadership, IOSH, customer service, and business administration.
