We have only been with the carers for a few months and we have nothing but praise for them. They come mostly on time. They are very friendly, professional and are lovely ladies. On the time I have phoned the office I can say they were extremely helpful and friendly and listened, gave advice and if they said they would do something they did it. Very very impressed. Totally happy and I thank them for all they do for us.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service here at Chorley Homecare. We are glad to have supported your Husband. I will ensure your kind feedback is passed to the team.
Mum has been lucky enough to have been looked after by the HICA Care team for almost ten years. It began with help with her medication and has grown to full assistance with all her daily functions now she has severe dementia. The care team have adapted brilliantly along the way. They respond professionally to her every need and treat her with dignity and compassion. They always have a smile for her and are full of encouragement. Her life would be so much more unbearable without them and I would like them to know how much their hard work and dedication to their duties is appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service here at Chorley Homecare. It is an absolute pleasure to care for your Mum and we are so glad to have the opportunity to support her on her journey. I will ensure your kind feedback is passed on.
It is a pleasure to welcome the carers each morning. Each one of the carers are pleasant and treat Peter with confidence and pleasant chat. The carers are so needed for Peter as he gets more wobbly and also helps me so much because of my spinal prob. Thank you to each one of you.
Thank you for such great feedback and for taking the time to review our service here at Chorley Homecare, our Care Workers enjoy greeting Peter and yourself in the morning and its nice to hear such lovely feedback. We will ensure this is passed on to the team.
I enjoy living in the Court in Buckshaw Retirement Village. I have my own space and freedom to do what I want. The gardens are immaculate, and if I need help, there's an affordable handyman service and laundry service available. There's plenty to do if you want to be involved. I enjoy having access to the gym, the library and the bistro; you can be as social or as private as you like. For me, the move to The Court was the best decision ever, it's the ideal balance of independence, convenience and peace of mind. The staff are caring and professional, and housekeeping is immaculate.
Thank you for your great feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We are glad you enjoy the services and facilities available and we welcome feedback to help us shape our services further.
