She was part of the initial team that started Sylvian Care in 2014, working as a Care Coordinator in Reading & Wokingham, and then Care Manager at Sylvian Care in Bracknell & Ascot.
She further enhanced her skills overseas during this time by successfully completing her Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care in 2018, and now plays a pivotal role as our Human Resources Manager

Grace also works with clients and families to review care arrangements and ensure that support continues to meet each person’s changing needs.
