I contacted Rivendell Care after my 88-year-old mother took a fall and broke several bones in her back. They sent in (a rota of three) carers every day to assist keeping her in her own home during her recovery. Each of the carers was highly professional, caring and very personable.
My mother could
not speak highly enough of their care of her, they were truly exceptional. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rivendell Care from the experience of my mother's care.

From day one I was delighted and comforted by the assistance I received from Rivendell. All the carers were extremely sensitive to my post-operative concerns and they all seemed to instinctively understand what I needed even better than I did myself.

Mum has been receiving high-quality care from Rivendell. Her care worker is amazing and even down to how she likes her tea and coffee in the morning to how she likes her nightdress laid out for her at night.


The office team make sure I am aware of changes and keep me up to date over email and telephone.

We have a great relationship and I know I can trust them with my mum. Thank you!
