Rivendell Care & Support

Rivendell Care & Support has been providing domestic support for my sister for the past five years. The weekly visits are invaluable in enabling her to live independently and we are grateful for this reliable and caring service.

My mother and father receive home care of a very high standard. The carers really do care, with sympathy and an understanding of how my parent's complex needs can change daily and the flexibility of professional carers to adapt and meet any challenge with a smile. The care team respect that my parents have had fulfilled and independent lives, and ensure that now that they need care in their later life, it is done with the dignity they deserve.

My mother could not speak highly enough of their care of her, they were truly exceptional. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rivendell Care from the experience of my mother's care.

A reliable service provided with easy communication and reasonable response. Would prefer a regular carer as opposed to a variety of personnel as at present. Not a big problem.
