Prompt Health Care provides care and support to adults and children who wish to continue to live in their own homes or supported accommodation.

Their carers will offer services designed to meet the needs of people who require various personal care and support in their daily living. Prompt Health Care will also provide care and support to service users who live: At Home; Supported; Semi Independent or in Independent accommodation.

Their services include:

Personal Care •        Getting out of bed •        Washing / Bathing / Showering •        Getting dressed / Undressed • Prompting to Take Medication.

Domestics •        Making / Changing the Bed •        Laundry / Ironing •        Washing Up •        Shopping

Social Care •        Assisting in Making Appointments •        Assisting with Attending Clubs / Day Care Centres

Nutritional Care •        Preparation of Breakfast •        Preparation of hot meals •        Preparation of Light Meals / Snacks •        Preparation of Drink

Within 24hrs of receiving a referral, professionals are able to carry out an assessment and set up a support plan. They operate an on call service and can be contacted after office hours.

Prompt Healthcare offer Service Users the best services and to their Carers; flexibility, ongoing support and Training. All of the Carers are trained above the minimum standards to include NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care.

All Carers are DBS (formerly CRB) checked and have satisfactory references.

The service is regulated by The Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Was previously with a different company, very disappointed and therefore cancelled. Recommend Prompt Healthcare who are completely different, very satisfied with the service provided. All staff are friendly and professional. I would recommend this excellent company.

My wife was in the hands of the above agency for only four days. During that time care and attention to detail that she received was second to none. At all times the staff who visited had only one thing in their minds, to treat my wife with the utmost respect. Their tasks carried out with the utmost
caring and attention to detail. Overall with respect from myself thank you very very much.

Kay Yekovie is the Nominated individual and also a Registered Care Manager for Basildon Branch. Kay is a registered Adult nurse who specialised in Substance misuse as a none medical Prescriber.
Kay studied at City University London for her Nurse qualification. After years of working full time in various settings decided to focus on working in Social care.
