Hakeem's office team are of equally high quality; always on the end of the phone for communication purposes and to assist us with understanding and advice when making decisions as a family. We cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you for all you do to support us.
They are reliable, conscientious and caring. Not only do they do what has been agreed - they are proactive, making suggestions and thinking of ways that they can help my Aunt.
As I am not local, it is hugely reassuring to know that they can be relied upon to be 'my eyes and ears'.

Mum has been helped by Right at Home since the beginning of this year. Whilst at the moment her needs are covered by just an hour a day, the team have worked well at understanding her routines and priorities. The app is a really helpful tool, and the office team are very friendly and helpful. Overall we really appreciate and are happy with the service, and as Mum's needs increase we will be confident that RAH will be able to meet them.
I have been receiving excellent care from Right at Home Croydon for many years. Their excellent carers enable me to manage my neurological disability and live my life to the full. The carers and management are very accommodating for my particular needs, which I appreciate greatly. The manager and coordinators care for the carers' well-being, as well as the clients', which makes a winning combination. Last year my mother became ill. I live with her, and our home situation changed. Right at Home have been a fantastic support and have provided excellent carers for my mother as well as for me. Our family are very happy with Right at Home Croydon, and we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help at home.
My mum has been with Right at Home a long time. She has always been treated with the utmost care and very importantly she has been able to maintain as much independence as possible. We were always informed about what was going on and I found the app helped me as Mum never wanted to cause any problems, but I could see what was happening on a daily basis and therefore I could preempt any potential issues, which really helped me as I was working. Due to Right at Home Mum was able to remain at home until the end of her life, which was very important to Mum and to us all. Right to the end Mum had people around her that cared.
Thank you, it was an absolute honour to look after your mum for almost 9 years, We helped her through her various stages of care - from 3 calls a day rehab after an operation, to light support of 3 times a week check-in, the last few years being a more wrap-around support whilst helping her to live well with Dementia. She was a wonderful person.

These guys are quick to respond and understand our needs. The quality of the carers is very high and they really engage my dad and give good company in addition to the care service. They are worth the extra spend. The office is also very supportive.
A reliable and supportive service whose carers truly care for their clients. Your carers use their initiative where appropriate and create a relationship of trust with the client so that he feels cared for and can relax in the decisions they make as to the care they need to provide on any particular day. I have not come across a reason why I would regard the care given as anything less than excellent.
The carers have always been very helpful and kind to the client. They treat him with respect and are polite and caring. When we have asked for the time of the visit to be changed, this has been done if at all possible. The Office always let us know if there are any problems.
And having a conversation with my mum months before, I was told we ain’t having a Carer, and we ain’t going into a care home.
This day had crept up on me, and I needed to act fast to get the wheels in motion ASAP.
I started to ring around the local companies and to make enquiries and wasn’t getting the right feedback from them, now I am in trouble!
Then I rung Right at Home and spoke to the Manger and arranged a home visit the next day.
After going over the options we signed up and put a care package in place, but I was still worried about my mum's feedback for when the careers started.
Like everything, this is a big change for them going from them being independent to needing help to do things. But I can’t thank the careers and the management at Right at Home enough. My mum loves it when they go round, which is twice a day, A big thank you!

RAH Croydon has been providing professional care at home for my father who has dementia since 2019. I can genuinely say that their whole Team has looked after Dad so well and gone over and above to help him continue to live well at home. I am comforted that they have Dad’s back as I live a distance from him, and they have never let me down. Very responsive service. Last year we had to encourage Dad to accept assisted bathing which I thought might prove rather difficult. It was down to the experience and kindness of one of Dad’s main carers that this actually happened, and I am so grateful to her as she really has made a difference to Dad’s wellbeing. I find Dad’s carers kind and compassionate and they have even provided a listening ear to me when I have been worried or just needed to talk something through. What has been outstanding for me is that RAH Croydon continued to provide a dedicated service through an extremely tough and challenging Covid period and for that they get 10 stars.
Right at Home have provided excellent support for my mother after my father passed away. My mother felt very lonely and vulnerable with her loss so the companionship service provided an amazing support. The feedback provided by the app has been invaluable to me as it helps me to understand how my mother was feeling and what had happened in her day. I am delighted to say that my mother has made outstanding progress and Right at Home has played a massive part in her recovery. Thank you so much.
I can’t praise Right at Home Croydon highly enough. The team of carers are lovely and the manager is so organised and helpful. They probably aren’t the cheapest but they definitely offer the best value for a quality service.
We have been using Right at Home (Croydon) for my mother's care for over two years. My mother's health has deteriorated a lot over the last few months. The carers have been fantastic! They look after my mother with great care and maintain her dignity at all times, she has got to know them all very well, as I have. Even through the pandemic they have been reliable and professional. I really can wholeheartedly recommend Right at Home (Croydon).
This is not the first time that I on behalf of my mother and all our family would like to thank the Right at Home Carer team for the provision of Care and Companionship during the past three years. But we would like to take this opportunity to express the Family's sincere gratitude to the entire team of Mum's Carers and the Office Managers throughout this, particularly difficult year. It is a team effort for the Carers to use their knowledge of Mum's personality and preferred routine to quickly spot potential issues, alert their Management, and often instigate remedial action, or give extra time to ensure that Mum is indeed fit and safe within the home. Despite the enormous demand of C-19 upon both Management and Carers, Right at Home is providing its excellent service delivery as usual... very well done team!
I and my siblings all live far away from my mother. She had a heart attack between my phoning her at 8.30 am and my sister phoning at 11.00 am. We were all ringing to try and get hold of her. She finally answered, and my sister managed after 10 minutes to get Mum to put the carer on the phone. Between them, they identified she was not well and called an ambulance. The carer contacted the office who immediately cancelled her off the next client without any fuss. The carer packed a bag and stayed with Mum until the paramedics arrived. She was so scared, and a friendly face who stayed by her side and then saw her into the ambulance made all the difference to her recovery. The carer acted swiftly and enabled to get help quickly. We were all extremely grateful and thankful for the carer who went above and beyond to help Mum.
We have been so happy with the service provided and my dad, who was very apprehensive about having careers, has been made to feel so comfortable and looked after. The whole team who have been looking after my dad have been kind and caring and efficient. I went away for a few days and was very anxious about leaving my dad but they did a great job and I know he is in good hands. Thank you all for being so understanding and patient with him and me.
Mum has dementia and requires consistent care. We were with an agency previously, and the relationship broke down. No contact was made despite being with them for over two years. During covid19, Right at Home was highly recommend, so we contacted them. First impressions were good. The two carers introduced started and have shown such professionalism. Absolutely happy with the care provided in week one and feel comfortable that the continued care will be of excellent quality. So looking forward to Mums future.
