I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending this company to anyone requiring care for their loved one after the way they cared for my elderly Mum in her home. The two carers were always very friendly professional, trustworthy and treat Mum with dignity and upmost respect at all times. Their communication is really good and they always had Mum's best interests at heart. This made us as a family feel at ease through a very difficult time knowing Mum was getting excellent care from very caring people.

We have used White House Care for a number of years and have never had anything but a professional and caring service provided. Sadly both our parents have now had to go into full time residential care. Prior to this the company provided support and advice to help us make this difficult decision. This was not just provided in a professional capacity but also as friends who had a genuine concern for our parents wellbeing. Although we are no longer clients they have been in regular contact enquiring as to how mum and dad are doing. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services as a trustworthy, reliable but overall a genuinely caring company.

White House support my husband who has dementia. The care is given in a professional and friendly way and he very much enjoys the interaction. I feel very comfortable being away from the home in the knowledge that my husband is safe and happy in their company. We both trust the people from White House implicitly as our family have been using them to support various family members over many years.

I can highly recommend this provider. The staff gave very personalised care to my mother who had vascular dementia. As she gradually needed more help, they very flexible and were quick to respond to meet her needs and that of the family. Two friendly, professional team members provided all the care which was very reassuring to know that I could totally trust that she would be well looked after by people she was familiar with.

My family member has been receiving care from White House Homecare since January 2024. After a very sensitively handled start we now don't know how we managed without them. The professional, caring staff have given our relative back their dignity, pride in their hygiene and appearance again. Staff have put procedures in place for daily medication and handle all aspects of day-to-day care. We cannot thank them enough. Always there to support with a friendly smile.

I was at my wits end trying to get care in place for my father, I was let down by numerous companies but fortunately Whitehouse Homecare stepped up to help. After more than 2 years caring for my father I am so pleased we got them to help. Always on time, no missed calls, pleasant and efficient and keep you up to date if there is a problem. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they are a fantastic team of very caring people. They looked after my elderly mother who was suffering from Parkinson’s Disease for many years until she passed away. They always treated her with respect and dignity, something which I found was seriously lacking with other companies we had the misfortune to have been involved with.

I find the carers very helpful. They give me my tablets daily and tell me what time of day I should have them. Occasionally, they have helped to hang the washing out and change the duvet cover. They have also rung my doctor to come when I was in pain with gout. They make me a coffee when they arrive and check I've had breakfast. They will post a letter when asked. Periodically, I am checked by them for Covid 19.

The service is always on time and the carers are pleasant and achieve miracles in half an hour.
