Think it's a unique company with a client 1st attitude. Very knowledgeable and a good and reliable support for carers on all matters. Additionally, consistently good support for my Dad with dignity and respect. Very happy.

For 2 years my wife has received a first class service from this company. Nothing seems to bother this team of carers.

Very friendly and courteous service where carers turned up promptly on all occasions. Very helpful according to my mum. I suspect problems with manning levels may have been the cause of several different face changes over time - but the service was not affected.

My father came home from hospital basically for palliative care. The hospital was good and explained a few things, obviously we knew what was going to happen but still worried. The careers at White House Homecare are all very caring, friendly and attentive to my Father’s needs, nothing is ever too much. With living a distance away, they allow him to carry on living at home when at times we thought it was not possible as well as keeping me informed of any issues. My husband and myself have found White House Homecare Services to be very satisfactory. Both my husband and I have needed help to keep our bungalow tidy and help for me whilst going shopping when my husband was ill. The management are very caring and nothing is too much trouble.

The carers come twice a week to do the cleaning throughout, they change the beds and help me as I broke my shoulder three years ago, and it is still very uncomfortable. They also act as chaperone when we have medical appointments and we can't accompany each other. They come highly recommended by us.

The attention I have received shows particular care in the selection of staff, with excellent results. My wishes for future care have been taken seriously and a careful attitude adopted towards the client's general well-being.
