We used For You Healthcare to provide a live-in carer when my 95-year-old father was discharged from the hospital. From the first engagement with the manager, our experience was positive. Dad was being discharged with a recommendation for 4 visits from a carer per day. At our first meeting, the manager
took time to understand Dad's condition and suggested a better and safer option could be a live-in carer which she confirmed after visiting Dad in the hospital. When the requirements changed very quickly and we needed more help, the manager was able to seamlessly adapt and we had additional helpers as needed. Unfortunately, Dad passed away only a couple of weeks into his care but For You Healthcare ensured his last few days passed in safety, comfort and with someone always by his side. Thank you to the manager and the team, I will be forever grateful.

I am very happy with the care I receive. My only complaint is that the morning call is too early. I understand how difficult it is but I am 93 and eight am is the earliest for me. Occasionally I get a midday visit at 12.30 and then a night visit at 8 pm. I know it's difficult but as you asked it is
my only complaint. Thank you for everything. The carers are all lovely.

Mum has dementia. Dad, who is in his nineties, wanted to keep mum at home for as long as possible. The care provided has allowed this to happen. Staff have been kind and supportive to both of them. They are always cheerful and happy to help with the problems presented to them on the day.

Initially, since I was confined to a hospital bed for 23 hours each day, care was provided twice daily tailored to my needs, including provision of meals. The caring team gave me invaluable support, treated me with dignity and kindness, and were always helpful and understanding.
I am happy to say that
they have continued in this manner in the months which have followed. They have supported me both physically and emotionally and very often helped me through bleak times.
Overall, the team is well managed and informed.
My gradual improvement in health has in part been thanks to their encouragement and care.

Everyone who came to see my mother each day for about seven months was kind to her and me. They all dealt with Mum with humour and sensitivity and also kept my spirits up. We were always glad to see them, and the lady in charge always had helpful things to say.

After having a bad experience with another care provider we were very cautious looking for a new company to help us looking after mum. Following careful consideration, we contacted For You Healthcare to see if they could accommodate us. They started within a week and soon we realised it was the best
choice we could have made. The manager was very helpful and her team proved to be second to none. Every team member was passionate, cheerful, respectful of mum's needs, polite, hard-working and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company wholeheartedly to anyone. Top-class care provider.

We used the manager after another company which we had found quite pure. The manager and her team were a breath of fresh air. The carers hardworking, diligent and most caring. Mum looked forward to their daily visits which were full of fun and gave Mum much pleasure, comfort and personal care. I would
highly recommend the manager and her dedicated team for both value and high standard of care from start to finish and Mum having to go into full-time care.

I needed a company that would provide care for my wife on a short term basis and to be able to start very quickly. This I got! They started two days after my request and were happy to provide the care for as short or long as I needed it.
The staff who attended my wife were very good both in their care
work and their social abilities. Caring is not just about the physical it is also very important to attend to the mental side of things. The staff talked and joked with my wife while remaining professional. This my wife really appreciated.

We had a chat to the owner beforehand about our mother's requirements as she was very unwell and needed overnight care which we were struggling to provide. Of the agencies we contacted, For You Healthcare was the only one prepared to be flexible on times, was local to us and could come at short notice.
Once the carers started they were reliable and friendly. Mum felt relaxed with them and was happy that they were only female, which other agencies could not promise. Sadly after a few weeks, Mum got too poorly to stay at home and so we had to find a care home for her. But we were glad to get her the short term care she needed and would recommend this agency to others needing similar care.

I and my family found all the carers very kind, thoughtful and professional. My mum needed two people at a time to look after her, and their gentle approach and consideration of my mum's feelings meant she never felt that she wasn't in control. Each pair of carers that came, worked well together as
a team and attended to my mum's personal and emotional needs quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very approachable and willing to answer any questions we had, and just took the time to make sure that not only mum was ok, but that as her everyday carers, we were able to cope also.


For You Healthcare, never let us down and were very punctual. They were very respectful of the fact that they were coming into mum's home, and were polite and friendly. Although the tasks they had to perform were intimate, my mum was never made to embarrassed or uncomfortable, and they always had smiles on their faces and a cheery disposition.


My whole family cannot praise or thank them enough.

For You Healthcare has provided an excellent service for my mum who has vascular dementia as a result of a stroke. The Manager communicates well with me and will alert me of any concerns she has, especially appreciated; as I live in the US.
With dementia, Mum can sometimes be unappreciative or argumentative,
but they are dedicated and professional and persevere when things get difficult.

The team cared for my dad only for a few weeks, but they did bring a great deal of comfort to him during that time. They should first be praised for their prompt response in setting up a care programme. I was told that my father would not be released from hospital until this was in place and unlike
some agencies For You Healthcare responded quickly and efficiently to enable him to return home. Carers visited twice a day and he could not praise them too highly - he described them as really fantastic. They really made a genuine contribution to his quality of life during his final few weeks with us.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was very much helped by the genuine love and kindness shown not only to the client but to the family during what was an incredibly painful time. My partner was able to stay in his own home as he wished and to die in peace and dignity.

As my mum's primary carer, I used For You Healthcare as a back up to help family look after her when I was away. Carers were on time, proficient, considerate and very importantly, kind and gentle with my mum who has Alzheimer's disease. I would be happy to use this service again for respite care.

As a family, we are very satisfied with the care provided by For You Healthcare. Our Mum looks forward to the carers arriving and appreciates their high standards of care in her home. They are warm and friendly and communicate effectively with both Mum and us.
This is our first experience with care
in the home and we have found the manager to be extremely helpful in supporting us and guiding us on this journey.
