Can’t rate the service highly enough. A complex family situation in many ways and no family living nearby. The Manager and her team were fantastic they were helpful and accommodating from the first phone call. The Manager went above and beyond to help us out when we needed it most, nothing was too much trouble and she worked with us and services to make sure my parents could stay at home and be safe. She was understanding and knowledgeable helping us navigate the complex care system.

My dad said the carers were friendly and nice ladies. He was pleased with what they did and appreciated that it gave mum a helping hand.

As a bilateral below knee amputee, my aim was to get back my independence and be as self sufficient as possible. My carers started before I had my prosthetics and have seen me through using them. They have helped to re-able me so that, with a little assistance from my wife, I can now care for myself. The carers have given me the support and confidence to achieve this. Thank you.

We used For You Healthcare to provide a live-in carer when my 95-year-old father was discharged from the hospital. From the first engagement with the manager, our experience was positive. Dad was being discharged with a recommendation for 4 visits from a carer per day. At our first meeting, the manager took time to understand Dad's condition and suggested a better and safer option could be a live-in carer which she confirmed after visiting Dad in the hospital. When the requirements changed very quickly and we needed more help, the manager was able to seamlessly adapt and we had additional helpers as needed. Unfortunately, Dad passed away only a couple of weeks into his care but For You Healthcare ensured his last few days passed in safety, comfort and with someone always by his side. Thank you to the manager and the team, I will be forever grateful.

I am very happy with the care I receive. My only complaint is that the morning call is too early. I understand how difficult it is but I am 93 and eight am is the earliest for me. Occasionally I get a midday visit at 12.30 and then a night visit at 8 pm. I know it's difficult but as you asked it is my only complaint. Thank you for everything. The carers are all lovely.

Mum has dementia. Dad, who is in his nineties, wanted to keep mum at home for as long as possible. The care provided has allowed this to happen. Staff have been kind and supportive to both of them. They are always cheerful and happy to help with the problems presented to them on the day.

My gradual improvement in health has in part been thanks to their encouragement and care.

Everyone who came to see my mother each day for about seven months was kind to her and me. They all dealt with Mum with humour and sensitivity and also kept my spirits up. We were always glad to see them, and the lady in charge always had helpful things to say.

After having a bad experience with another care provider we were very cautious looking for a new company to help us looking after mum. Following careful consideration, we contacted For You Healthcare to see if they could accommodate us. They started within a week and soon we realised it was the best choice we could have made. The manager was very helpful and her team proved to be second to none. Every team member was passionate, cheerful, respectful of mum's needs, polite, hard-working and a pleasure to deal with. The manager was always very kind and helpful to mum, some of her staff were better than others but this is true of all care companies, but issues were generally sorted out very quickly. Happy to recommend.

We used the manager after another company which we had found quite pure. The manager and her team were a breath of fresh air. The carers hardworking, diligent and most caring. Mum looked forward to their daily visits which were full of fun and gave Mum much pleasure, comfort and personal care. The carers have always provided excellent care for my father. They are always professional and understanding of his needs. I have no hesitation in recommending them as care providers. Thank you for everything you do and your continuing support. It is a big relief to me knowing dad is in good hands.

We had a chat to the owner beforehand about our mother's requirements as she was very unwell and needed overnight care which we were struggling to provide. Of the agencies we contacted, For You Healthcare was the only one prepared to be flexible on times, was local to us and could come at short notice. Once the carers started they were reliable and friendly. Mum felt relaxed with them and was happy that they were only female, which other agencies could not promise. Sadly after a few weeks, Mum got too poorly to stay at home and so we had to find a care home for her. But we were glad to get her the short term care she needed and would recommend this agency to others needing similar care.

I and my family found all the carers very kind, thoughtful and professional. My mum needed two people at a time to look after her, and their gentle approach and consideration of my mum's feelings meant she never felt that she wasn't in control. Each pair of carers that came, worked well together as a team and attended to my mum's personal and emotional needs quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very approachable and willing to answer any questions we had, and just took the time to make sure that not only mum was ok, but that as her everyday carers, we were able to cope also.

For You Healthcare, never let us down and were very punctual. They were very respectful of the fact that they were coming into mum's home, and were polite and friendly. Although the tasks they had to perform were intimate, my mum was never made to embarrassed or uncomfortable, and they always had smiles on their faces and a cheery disposition.

My whole family cannot praise or thank them enough.

With dementia, Mum can sometimes be unappreciative or argumentative, but they are dedicated and professional and persevere when things get difficult.

I would not hesitate to recommend them.
