For You Healthcare

As my mum's primary carer, I used For You Healthcare as a back up to help family look after her when I was away. Carers were on time, proficient, considerate and very importantly, kind and gentle with my mum who has Alzheimer's disease. I would be happy to use this service again for respite care.

This is our first experience with care in the home and we have found the manager to be extremely helpful in supporting us and guiding us on this journey.

For You health care have done a fantastic job looking after my mother and father. When my father got taken to hospital they managed to cover to look after my mother which gave us peace of mind.

Carers are all very helpful and kind. All are interested in our health and review our visits to hospitals. Very helpful with our cooking.

For You Healthcare has looked after mum for a number of years now. The carers are kind and caring and have given her the opportunity to remain in her own home where she is happiest. They are cheerful, punctual and reliable. The fact that we know they will be with her at certain times has given the family peace of mind knowing that our mother is in safe hands and that's if there is a problem we will be notified promptly.

Very supportive, caring and reliable staff who attend the house to get my mother-in-law up in the mornings. She feels safe and happy with the personal care that she receives and looks forward to the carers coming.

The service provided by For You Healthcare led by the manager is professional with the needs of my Nan at heart. They provide flexibility and try there utmost to facilitate the requests of my Nan, who can be demanding, however, nothing is ever too much. As the Primary the carer on occasions they have gone the extra mile while I was out the country to ensure my Nan was cared for, liaising with the Local Authorities and services to make sure my Nan got the assistance needed whilst I was unable to deal with what happened whilst I was away. I would have no issues recommending their services to others.

The care my mum had from your team I cannot fault, your carers were amazing, caring and friendly and for a year you looked after her and in her last weeks, you treated her with your upmost care, washing her, creaming her skin that was commented on when the nurses came and said how soft her skin was, not dry. Thank you for taking care of her and being there for us when she passed away.

The quality of care that my mother has received, from the drop-in visits to her present 24/7 live-in care, has surpassed expectations and even hopes. The present live-in carers are of a truly superior professional and human quality. Their capacity for tuning into Mum's needs and routines is impressive. The manager's organisational skills are beyond compare and everyone is always so wonderfully, reassuringly calm. It is invaluable to feel so supported at this very difficult time.

The care provided by For You Healthcare for my stepfather was extremely good, whilst it was in place, but unfortunately due to staff departures and the company no longer having other clients within the same area it became less timely, and therefore uneconomic for them to continue.

I have found the care that my Auntie has received to be of a very high standard. She has been treated with compassion and sensitivity which is important in the latter part of a person's life. They use the time efficiently and most advantageous to their client.
