Extremely professional service from everyone who we met, from team leaders to carers. My mum was not keen on carers at 1st but once the care was in place, she couldn't wait for the friendly staff to turn up. Not rushing around, polite, friendly, helpful, professional, caring, flexible and much much more.
When my mum was diagnosed as terminal it was a stressful and scary time for everyone but the care and compassion showed by Lifetime Homecare Ltd staff put us at ease and provide the urgent care when it was needed the most. Thank you is not enough x
The family are contacted by office or carers if they have any concerns. Plus the app the carers use gives details of how mum is feeling, meals, time of calls etc which is great.
Very difficult period with my Mum going through some difficult mobility issues, perfectly handled by the team at Lifetime Care, professional as always and willing to go the extra mile constantly to ensure Mum is comfortable and safe. Thank you
Needed care overnight for my bedridden elderly mother and LHC were helpful and responsive. They came to visit before care started so my mother was able to meet the carer who would be looking after her. The carer has been reliable, caring and helpful. My mother is happy in her company which is reassuring for me as her daughter. LHC are organised and delivered the promises that they made in a professional manner.
After meeting numerous agency's both my sister and myself really liked Lifetime care , we felt that they were definitely on the side of the client, and totally got what we were looking for . . Even on their first visit they said who they thought would get on well with Mum . They got this exactly right , to the point that Mum really looks forward to her daily visitor . She really enjoys the chat , her meal is prepared and cooked for her , while she's
eating , her ironing is done while engaging in lots of conversation and laughing . They are always very obliging , clear and wash all the plots then sit and have a cuppa with Mum . For my sister and I their service is priceless . The best thing we did , we know Mum is happy and we appreciate the care that they give .
I cannot recommend Lifetime Home Care enough! They listened to mums requirements and gave me peace of mind that she was being cared for! The carers treated mum with dignity and kindness! They were so professional!
I have noticed on the days that mum has her carer in she starts the day content and happy, and this continues throughout the day.
At the start of the care we created a care plan, myself and the supervisor. This has been adhered to and has been reflected in mums personality and appearance, the upkeep of the home leading to a healthy happy living.
Also may I add, the carer does not just do the chores she has a chat and social which in my opinion is as important.
They are easily contactable and always strive to help and sort any problems that may have arisen. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This company is not professional at all. A care company has a duty of care to all their clients regardless of their needs. Some of the carers that cared for my grandad were amazing although some would come in and say “what does your sling go on”. My grandad would reply I don’t know, so then the carers would put it on anyway and say “let’s hope for the best”. This is disgusting then when my nannan called the office about this the reply was “if you don’t like it you know what to do”. This is disgusting and I will be reporting this company to the CQC. Also stopped my grandad's care with no notice and caused high anxieties and worries for my family. Would not recommend their service at all.
We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. To clear up a few of your concerns, 7 days' notice was served to the local authority which was done due to a lack of carers in your Grandfathers area and in line with the signed service agreement. We actually extended it to 14 days to support your...

I am completely satisfied with the service I receive, so at present have no complaints.
My mum is very comfortable with her carers. They take very good care of her personal needs, and are always very chatty, and even though my mum can't speak they always involve her in conversations. This often makes her laugh which we enjoy watching.
All carers are pleasant and are happy to help in whatever situation.

I am very happy with the care I receive. They are a very caring team. I don't know what to expect when they said I had to have carers coming in to help me with my personal care, but I didn't need to worry about them. I am very glad with the team I am with. I say a big thank you to them all in this pandemic.
It is so nice when we can reassure people that not every care company is bad.

Since needing help I find that Lifetime Home Care Ltd has met my needs with carers of a good standard, efficient and respond well to my needs and arriving very well to the times selected by me. Always cheerful on arrival and often time to chat for a few minutes. I can recommend the agency.

My brother-in-law seems happy with the care he receives which is only making a microwave dinner, toast for breakfast and a sandwich at teatime, along with a cup of tea. They also administer his tablets with water. However, I would appreciate them more if they would take more notice of the things I ask them to do. I have even put notes on the wall and not all of the carers take notice of them. Apart from that everything seems fine.
