Extremely professional throughout from initial contact to getting care in place. Knowledgeable staff, caring, and understanding of the situation. The carers are very warm and friendly and diligent in their care. Would recommend it without hesitation.

I am extremely happy with my regular carers. I like to stick with my regular carers because of my strokes and like things to be familiar and have a routine. I don't like change but I understand that sometimes things change.

The care we received from Lifetime Home Care Ltd was always kind, always caring and always discreet. Nothing was too much trouble. They listened to our worries and concerns and responded back to their supervisors with any problems we had. They recorded everything daily so that the next carer visiting was fully aware of our concerns and the progress of their patient.

This agency has amazing staff, always on time, always patient and always polite and well dressed. If we ever need help again they would be our first port of call. As Tina Turner sang, "Simply the best, better than all the rest".
