I cannot praise the girls enough for their patience, care, commitment and dedication to their work. The carers come in to assist me four times per day. They wash, dress and move me from bed to chair and chair to bed, they give me my medication, assist me with the toilet, always ask if there is anything
else I need. They are thorough and very professional. My care couldn't be any better.

Since mum has been a client of Lifetime Homecare we have seen an improvement in her general health although living with Dementia. Nothing is too much trouble whether it is administering eye drops to rubbing her legs and shoulders with cream on a daily basis. I am always advised of any concerns the carers
have during their visits and this can be from running out of a particular type of food to running out of ointment. Two staff, in particular, take the time to sit with my mum even though the conversation can be a little confused at times and it is evident from what I have witnessed that Dementia training is paramount.
I visit my mum on a daily basis and it is so important that I get to know the carers as well. They are all very warm and friendly and it is lovely to see my mum very content after being hospitalised for almost 6 months of 2017.

We have required care at home for our 91-year-old mother with dementia/Alzheimer's. After using other agencies unsatisfactorily, the switch to Lifetime Home Care Ltd was the best thing that could have happened. From day one, the caring professional management team have created a caring, professional
carers team who are totally trustworthy. The client can be difficult at times, but Lifetime Home Care Ltd has managed all situations sensitively and successfully.


Their introduction of a 'befriender' 2x3 hours per week has added so much quality to mum's life. The family can relax knowing that the Lifetime Home Care Ltd team are reliably caring for our mother/grandmother. Carer arrived in July to find mum had fallen. The carer dealt with everything (ambulance, contacting family and neighbours etc.) calmly and professionally to ensure the best outcome for all - especially mother - staying with her until admission to hospital. Faultless care - can heartily recommend.

Lifetime Home Care has been a lifesaver, not only for my father but to me as well. Caring for someone with complex health needs along with dementia is a challenge! Lifetime has been with me and my father every step of the way. Their carers really do care, they go over and above every day, always with
a smile on their faces. The office staff and coordinators have supported me with gaining a top quality care plan in place. I can't thank them enough for their support. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I was very pleased with Lifetime Home Care. I found all the carers kind, helpful and professional, a couple of the carers were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for them. I shall miss them.
