Bluebird offers a professional, flexible and friendly service. Carers are, without exception, kind, caring and compassionate. Bluebird Care enables Mum to remain in a personal and familiar home environment living with me whilst allowing me to continue to work. Fantastic service and a wonderful team. I would highly recommend Bluebird to anyone looking for home care no matter how small or great your care needs are.
We love looking after our customer’s and it is our privilege to look after your mum and also to get to know the family. Thank you for trusting us to do this.
We were very satisfied with the level of care and support provided to my father, all the carers went above and beyond to ensure he was able to remain at home for as long as he did. He thoroughly enjoyed his visits from the "Bluebirds" and he could not speak highly enough of them. I would highly recommend Bluebird Care to anyone looking for kind, compassionate and caring souls to look after them or their relatives. Thank you for an amazing service, you should all be very proud of what you have achieved.
Thank you so much for leaving such a wonderful review. It was our pleasure to care for your father. Our care team really enjoyed his company. If there is anything else we can assist your loved ones with, please get in touch.
Overall, I thoroughly recommend Bluebird Care, especially in the Northallerton area.
Thank you, this feedback means so much to our hardworking team. Looking after your mum is our absolute pleasure. Thank you for entrusting us with caring for your loved one. Take care.
When we were offered carers to assist us in our old age we viewed the prospect with a great deal of anxiety and trepidation. How mistaken we were to even question the help being offered to us. We have received such kindness, warmth, understanding and help with our everyday needs that all we can say is, a very big thank you to all concerned. Especially to the personal help I never thought my wife would accept. Due, to no small measure to the carers ability to gain her trust and willingness to be cared for by someone other than myself. Continuity and familiarity is the most pleasing aspect of the system created. It has improved the quality of our life immensely.
Your words mean a lot and I will personally make sure that your comments are sent to all the carers who are involved in your wife’s care.
Your staff are very caring and are committed to their work. Nothing is too much trouble hope to continue with your home care support for the foreseeable future.
Thank you so much taking the time to write such a wonderful review, your words mean a huge amount! We are delighted that you are enjoying our home care visits and the company of our care team. We are very proud of them.
The treatment I'm receiving at present is really first class in every way.

Thank you ever so much for leaving such a wonderful review! It is lovely to support your mother and yourself, our team really enjoy visiting you. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you; we are more than happy to help!
Fantastic care was provided for my grandparents throughout 2020 and 2021. They did everything they could to make my grandparents feel comfortable and were there for them at every call. Nothing was too big or small for them to do. Couldn’t recommend the entire Bluebird team enough.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback regarding our home care service here at Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick. We strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see that your grandparents had such a positive experience with us and our care team. Take care!
I have been cared for by Bluebird Care for just over three years now and have been satisfied with their service. Most of the carers are very thorough although one or two try to rush the care so that they can spend the ‘saved’ time on other things like accessing the internet on their phones. However, I always have my allocated time for each visit apart from the bedtime visit when the full half an hour is not really required if everything goes well. Otherwise, I have no concerns with the care I receive.
Thank you so much for your positive comments about us here at Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick! We always strive to provide top quality service to each and every customer. All of our care assistants access their mobile phones during each customer visit to engage with the digital...
I have been with Bluebird for approximately 2 years. There have been ups and downs but as I need medical assistance, I can honestly say the small team that helps me have been very good. The girls are always cheerful and we often share a laugh.
Thank you so much for such a great review! Our team takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience, keeping people safe and happy in their home and we're glad you feel we do this well!
Honestly, very helpful and very kind. If my husband is not able to help, I don't know what I would do without them.
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us such a great review. Reviews like this give us motivation and help us ensure we provide high-quality care. Take care!
