Universal Care Services has provided excellent care for my husband. They ensure all his care needs are assessed and met, including personal care, washing, dressing and emotional support, also prevention in relation to reducing his risk to pressure areas. Most importantly, they make him smile. They have built up a lovely relationship with him and he looks forward to seeing them every day. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they go above and beyond and take pride in their role. I have learned so much from them and feel very lucky that I chose this company.
Thank you so much for this lovely review. We are delighted to see that our care is continuously meeting client standards and is making an impact on their lives too. We will pass on your lovely message to the corresponding team!
The staff who care for my mum are very friendly, they take care of her needs and spend time chatting which she enjoys.
Thank you for your lovely review, we are delighted to hear that our care is continuing to be of a high standard. We will pass on your kind words to the corresponding team!
All my carers are kind and thorough.
I find all the carers are very good, kind and considerate. I like all the carers. No problems at all. Very happy with the service provided.
Satisfied with the service and care given. No complaints.
Overall satisfactory. However I do prefer when carers are my regular ones, or they have cared for me on other occasions ie sick/holidays. I feel more content and not so stressed when the carer is regular which is 9 times out of 10, due to me not being able to walk and need to be transferred safely.
Over the last few months, we have had a lady carer on a regular basis and she is first-class so we have no complaints. We are so happy to have her. Everyone else who has been here has been kind and polite.
