Bluebird Care stepped in at very short notice to provide care for my grandmother. The organisation and communication from the office staff was excellent. The staff that visited my relative were so friendly and efficient and my grandmother looked forward very much to their visits.

We found the Bluebird ladies to be so kind gentle and thorough in the care of my partner. Three times daily they came in to wash, change and help him. Bluebird carers are great for my husband. Treat him with great care and with humour too, which he does appreciate. They are very efficient but good at handling a very difficult situation should the occasion occur. My husbands mobility is very limited but our Bluebirds manage this problem "in their stride".

The team based in Rye have given my dad and me such comprehensive support since they began caring for dad in November 2024. The office team are professional and friendly and have been an absolute God send to me navigating getting the help my dad needs. The carers who attend treat dad with dignity and compassion, they have become part of his world and he never forgets to tell me how lovely they are which is brilliant, as I live on the other of London. Knowing that Bluebird are in my dads corner and in mine has helped ease the worry and they truly do go above and beyond in emergencies! Thank you all.

Punctual, welcoming, cheerful and always willing to work as required. Whether it's cleaning, polishing, hoovering and even cooking they are on to it. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

They provided whatever care I needed from 1 hours to 2 carers twice a day and overnight respite.
The care my husband received was, without doubt, nothing short of exceptional. All staff were professional and made sure his dignity was respected at all times. If you find yourself or a loved one needing additional help with care, Bluebird should most definitely be top of the list when searching for a suitable fit.
As a family, we cannot thank Bluebird enough for their dedicated care to our mother over the last 18 months. Mum was brokenhearted to say goodbye to her carers when the time came to move into a care home. Ideally, she would have liked to take them all with her. You provided a wonderful team and Mum looked forward to their visits greatly. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always cheerful and always gales of laughter over pretty much everything. The team are highly professional and a credit to the company. The admin staff managed the rotas brilliantly and clearly care for their staff well. We shall all miss you!
I have nothing but praise for all the Bluebird girls, those who visit and those in the office. They are all highly skilled, well trained, always cheerful, kind and helpful. They look after my husband who is disabled and suffers from dementia with great care and compassion. They go above and beyond with the care we receive, nothing is too much trouble. Although it is my husband who is the client, they also give me so much support. They understand the life we now lead which can be very lonely. I look forward to their visits. They keep me cheerful and sane!
Both my parents have received great care and personal help from Bluebird. Some of the girls have been great, especially one lady, who has been absolutely fantastic, so caring and understanding with my dad since Mum has had to go into a care home. She has been a massive help and support to me, and Dad really looks forward to her visits.
Bluebird Care Hastings and Rother, for six years, cared for my wife who suffered from Dementia and Parkinsons disease. The care she received was without criticism, from the management team to all the carers. They went out of their way to ensure she received the very best and friendly care, preserving her dignity at all times. I cannot thank them enough, especially as after my wife who died at Christmas, their concerns extend to my present day wellbeing.
They are lovely to Mum.
One concern is their assumption that elderly people may not be very experienced and knowledgeable. This only applies to a few but is somewhat irritating as one does not wish to be treated in a high-handed manner and assert one's superior experience/knowledge. I would appreciate knowing in advance who is coming to my home.
The ladies that come through our door are always friendly, kind and very considerate with my husband's feelings. They treat even the dog with respect and understand how important she is to us, as a family. All the ladies can put a smile on my husband's face which is a bonus.
The Bluebirds look after my grandson who has kidney failure, he is 18. Bluebird supports him with administering medications. He has specialist care needs and the carer that visits was trained specifically in order to provide this care. He has the same carer and has built a good relationship with her. With being 18 it was important his care was person centred around his needs as they are very different to others. Bluebird have understood this fully and built his care plan around his particular needs and preferences. We are very happy and would definitely recommend it.
Sadly although this used to be a good care company it has declined recently. They have had many excellent staff in the past, still some good ones. Complaint handling is poor now. I was singing their praises in July but not now.
Unfortunately, this customer has gone from care provider to care provider and Adult Social Care is aware of the circumstances and her care package terminated. We have a recent email from this customer apologising for her behaviour but soon after decided to slander the company. Really hurtful behaviour towards a local family business, making a difference in the lives of its local people.
All the care assistants that have attended me since April 2022 have all been caring and treated me with dignity. Time keeping excellent.
The Bluebird carers formed good relationships with my mum and always treated her with kindness, consideration and dignity. She enjoyed their visits, and they gave her a fresh outlook on life when she was confined to her home. I was regularly kept up to day on Mum's health, and they really put importance on safeguarding and were proactive in seeking extra support for her when needed. With Bluebird, I felt Mum was in safe hands.
