Having had care with different companies for a long time, I have been blessed to find Bluebird (via recommendation from someone I respect and who is well-informed). They have chosen my carers carefully, all of whom have been kind and highly skilled. My carers have been of an amazing standard. The office
staff and management are similarly extremely competent, sensitive to my needs and easy to work with. I feel safe and supported by my Bluebird team, and they have enabled me to live with all my problems and nurtured me to improve and enjoy my life. I would not be alive without the help of Bluebird.

All the girls who come to look after Nan have been well received by Nan, who was very hesitant initially to accept help from anyone outside the family. They have helped Nan holistically by giving massages and warm cloths to relax her as she is bedbound and benefits from sensory experiences to soothe
her aches and pains. I look forward to the girls coming and relieving me as primary carer.

The best care agency we have ever had. The carers, in general, are well trained, and some are well above the normal. The team of carers we have come in are more like friends than carers, and if anything happened to him, I would miss them coming in. They are thorough, cheerful and respectful and a pleasure

Bluebird Care was great from my first call for help. They came to assess and advised on the care needed, were so caring. We had a 24-hour live-in carer, a wonderful person. In the last days, they were all so helpful, advising us and getting us anything to help. Great company.

My father-in-law recently had a crisis and although family finally stepped in, Bluebird were fantastic. They came out to see him within 24 hours and managed to arrange care for him from the following Monday. I would thoroughly recommend Bluebird. They also care for a neighbour of mine, which is why
we went to them, and all the carers are wonderful, friendly and caring. They do a great job.
