I had tried a number of caring agencies only to find they fell short of the quality of service they offered. Revolution offered the package I required in line my care assessment. I am pleased to say they fulfilled all of my expectations.
The management is exceptional and, except for one or two blimps which could not be avoided, the staff have been very satisfactory. They are friendly and helpful, well trained and supported by their managers.
They are the only agency offering the kind of flexibility all people need. I have never heard that they do not have the time to rearrange my requests.
I have spent years involved in the caring community, Revolution Home Care is the best organisation I have ever had contact with in this field.
The Revolution team are amazing. On assessment, the management was very patient and understanding. The Carers soon won my cousin over and she soon looked forward to their visits and they went way beyond the care that was required, keeping in contact with their manager and myself if there were any problems.

My mother looked forward to their visits every day.
Unfortunately, after 6 months or so of visits, my mother had to go into hospital for a short spell and it was decided that, on her return home, she would need more visits daily. Organising this with the care manager was really easy and all the extra visits were put in place.
The management are very effective and the carers are exceptional.

Revolution Home Care Limited has been providing 4 care calls per day to a family member for just over 3 months. In that time we have been very pleased at how the Revolution Home Care Ltd has worked with us as a family to ensure that our relative is safe and able to live as independently as possible.

I used the service for one month, the management team came beforehand to explain everything and they were very efficient. I had a group of carers who were always polite and friendly with a good sense of humour and I looked forward to their morning visits.
I have been using Revolution Home Care for over 6 months now and have received nothing less than top quality care and support from everyone. If I have had any questions or needed additional support the managers have been extremely supportive, solved all problems and nothing has been too much. I had huge reservations about using a care agency after previous bad experiences but they were instantly put to rest when I was assured I would have regular carer(s) that would always attend my calls. The carer that currently supports me is excellent and whilst remaining professional is also very friendly. All my care needs are met to a very high standard and she always goes above and beyond her role. I cannot recommend Revolution Home Care enough to anyone needing support at home.
I cannot thank Revolution Care enough for the care they have provided for my mother in law. She is extremely happy with the carers, nothing is too much trouble for them. Continuity of care is very important, she has three main carers, they act professionally and provide a very high standard of care. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I can't thank Revolution Home Care enough for taking such excellent care of Dad. Exceptionally well led, and always going the 'extra mile' to meet Dad's needs and help him achieve what he wants to do. A lot of effort has been put into getting to know him and Dad feels very happy and safe with his Caregivers. He says they are, "First class, so kind and helpful". They are also excellent at communicating with the family which is so important especially if you live, like I do, some distance away. I would not hesitate in recommending Revolution Home Care to anyone.
