Revolution Home Care is a UK specialist in domiciliary care providing an industry-leading service to the people of Chesterfield & Bolsover District.

Revolution supports a large pool of people with a variety of different needs. Their aim is to provide them with the support they need to enjoy their lives to the fullest whilst maintaining their independence at home. The company also aims to cater for all specific requests and to carry them out as the client would like them.

Continuity is something the home prides itself on, whereas at some service providers you could have as many as ten different staff members entering your home, Revolution Home Care aims to provide 4 main carers per client package. This helps the carers get to know and understand how the client wishes things to be carried out but also allows the client to get to know the staff members who are entering their private space.

All staff members are enhanced DBS checked, trained, and then shadowed before they are allowed to enter a client's house independently. To ensure staff members continue the high standards set, spot checks are conducted to ensure this is upheld.

I have been involved with Revolution Care since its conception, please see my previous review. I have never hade cause to criticise any part of their service. I am always happy and comfortable with the ladies who deliver my care, they have always gone out of their way to support my needs, in fact,
they often go over and above what is written in my care plan for which I am extremely grateful.
Management have never refused to meet any of my requests and respond positively to all my comments I have made.
Revolutions charges are the cheapest I can find, I am amazed they are still able to provide such quality of service and still be so reasonable
I cannot thank them enough for their support especially for the past 3 years when my circumstances have changed considerably.

Revolution is an outstanding company and I would recommend them to anybody. They helped my grandma so much and made her comfortable and they always made sure my grandad was okay too.
They would always put my grandma first and made sure that she had everything that she wanted and needed. She was in
a lot of pain and Revolution made sure she could be as comfortable as possible. They would try to get as many liquids and fluids down her as possible and they were always patient with her and never rushed her even though sometimes it was tough for them they never give up!
They always came in happy and jolly and always put a smile on our faces even on grandma's down days. Nothing was every trouble for them and no matter what time it was they were only a phone call away and they would be here within 10-15 minutes and they were very reliable.
I would deeply recommend and all my family can back me up on this, Revolution care is the perfect company for anyone struggling

We are very satisfied with the home care and support that we are given by Revolution. All our carers are careful with their PPE and show us the utmost skilled caring and dignity, and bring good cheer into our home. Moving my early call from 06:30 am to 06:35 am (5 minutes). I am, if under the same (excellent) care I got used to. Why is it all gone to pot in 5 months, everything has altered for the worse? All last year this firm was excellent. Carers on time - no dates or times altered, carers happy, cheerful,
a pleasure for their treatment. This has all gone. Is there no one left to take us back to the better times. For god's sake, hurry please.

Despite my Mother's severe dementia and total care needs, all the staff treat her with the utmost respect and dignity. Telling her at every stage what they are doing. Their first priority is to her health and wellbeing. Whilst being totally professional, they are always friendly. Until his demise last
week, the team also worked with my father. He was Mum's main carer and not the easiest person but they still applied all their standards to him just as much.

Revolution Home Care has provided my care for nearly three years, and they still provide excellent care and support.
The carers really do care they are professional and supportive.
The management team utilise new technology to remain efficient and are always willing to talk if I have any issues, and
they make adjustments if needed.
Since the recent challenges due to COVID 19, they have have been proactive in adjusting their services to help protect the clients and carers.

It's a refreshing change to find a homecare agency that truly cares for its clients.
From management to the newest recruits (who are well trained) this company offers the highest consideration for clients and their family or carers whilst offering value for money and an ability to cope well when covering
holidays/illness of staff or a change required by their client at fairly short notice when possible.

I have been a service user with this company almost from when they started.
I had tried a number of caring agencies only to find they fell short of the quality of service they offered. Revolution offered the package I required in line my care assessment. I am pleased to say they fulfilled all of
my expectations.
The management is exceptional and, except for one or two blimps which could not be avoided, the staff have been very satisfactory. They are friendly and helpful, well trained and supported by their managers.
They are the only agency offering the kind of flexibility all people need. I have never heard that they do not have the time to rearrange my requests.
I have spent years involved in the caring community, Revolution Home Care is the best organisation I have ever had contact with in this field.
