Moving my early call from 06:30 am to 06:35 am (5 minutes). I am, if under the same (excellent) care I got used to. Why is it all gone to pot in 5 months, everything has altered for the worse? All last year this firm was excellent. Carers on time - no dates or times altered, carers happy, cheerful, a pleasure for their treatment. This has all gone. Is there no one left to take us back to the better times. For god's sake, hurry please.

Despite my Mother's severe dementia and total care needs, all the staff treat her with the utmost respect and dignity. Telling her at every stage what they are doing. Their first priority is to her health and wellbeing. Whilst being totally professional, they are always friendly. Until his demise last week, the team also worked with my father. He was Mum's main carer and not the easiest person but they still applied all their standards to him just as much.

Since the recent challenges due to COVID 19, they have have been proactive in adjusting their services to help protect the clients and carers.

I have received excellent care, the carers are so helpful and understanding, they are always cheerful and make you feel better. If I had any problems they have excelled in their concern is genuine. I would recommend your company always. Please give a personal thank you to all the carers.

Was very reluctant to change my dad's carers but so glad we did. From the first enquiry, the service was excellent. The staff go above and beyond and are so kind and caring and very thorough. Staff are friendly and approachable as are the office staff. Most of the staff listen to what I say, I get on with them and like them better than the other group I used.

I was very apprehensive about having carers at first but everyone has been so caring, understanding and helpful to me. They never rush me and they have given me my confidence back which was very important and I would like to thank them all for their help.

From management to the newest recruits (who are well trained) this company offers the highest consideration for clients and their family or carers whilst offering value for money and an ability to cope well when covering holidays/illness of staff or a change required by their client at fairly short notice when possible.
