The carers are helping my wife to gain more confidence in walking/marching.

It's nice to see people 4 times a day.

My time is my own, and carers vary; some respect it, but others I have to explain this. Some carers are brilliant, but some need further training. The world is made of all different people with different abilities & feelings.

Most of the carers are very good in the care & support they provide to Dad. However, there are a few carers who do not engage with Dad or rush with the care & support of Dad, even though there is substantial time available & also do not make any effort to engage with Dad.

All the carers are lovely ladys.

I find that since my stroke last I keep forgetting things.

Concept Care Solutions was appointed care providers for my mum approximately seven weeks ago. They have provided one main carer and a bank of additional carers that are getting to know Mum and what her needs are. This is providing continuity of care for Mum, whose Alzheimer's is advancing and we as a family are now Mum’s voice and act on her behalf. The management team lead very well and they have taken on board every routine and advice that best suits Mum’s care needs and the package has been tailor made and tweaked where necessary, to ensure everything is put in place to enable Mum to stay in her home. It is a joy to witness the caring nature of especially the main carer, who listens to advice given and professionally ensures Mum’s care needs are fulfilled. I have not witnessed any rushed visits. The pass system used by Concept Care Solutions is a brilliant way for the family to keep up to date with the care given and the length of visits. I would highly recommend Concept Care Solutions.

The care given to my dear mum has been exceptional. The carers were always respectful, polite, friendly and often went above and beyond to ensure my mum was comfortable. They always attended with a cheery nature no matter what they had to do. They were always punctual and never rushed their visits but took the time to ensure their job was done thoroughly and professionally. In my mum's 12 weeks of care, their standards always remained high. Myself and my siblings actually grew close to a number of the regular carers as they made the difficult visits more bearable. We would never have been able to do what they did to ensure our mum's safety and comfort in such a dignified manner. I can’t sing their praises enough - they truly are angels on earth for which I and my siblings truly thank each and everyone one of them. We will miss seeing their joyful faces.

Concept Care Solutions provided excellent care service to my father during a very difficult time with his deteriorating health. They fully supported all his needs and were extremely caring and professional. The family were grateful for all their care and compassion.

The care received was outstanding in terms of treating the client with dignity and respect. Good negotiations, despite the difficult situation.
