Concept Care Solutions was one of several companies that were eligible to look after our mum, who was on an end of life plan with CHC funding. The only thing we asked for was that they provide female carers only. Concept Care Solutions guaranteed us this and for that reason, we chose them. However, on 2 occasions a male carer was booked in to look after my mum, despite our clear requests. She was 90 years old and felt really uncomfortable with the idea of being intimately cared for by a man. My sister turned up as the male carer was about to start. She felt that the atmosphere in our mum's home felt 'a little off' and saw that he was in the kitchen, with his female colleague almost blocking my sister's view of him. After we sent them away and was assured this would not happen again, a few days later, I noticed a male carer was booked in to return. We eventually managed to swap carers to a much better company. They are either untrustworthy or incompetent. Either way: avoid.

This pattern of apologies without meaningful improvement continued, including another incident involving physical abuse. While some carers and managers were genuinely compassionate, they seemed constrained by poor leadership. My mother deserved consistent, dignified care, but too often received the opposite. One cannot recommend this company.

My aunt is under safeguarding with living carers. She was left on her own on a number of occasions. On one specific occasion she was left on her own from 18:49 - 22:49. There was no compassion towards my aunt in the manner in which the carer was removed and a random one replaced. She became confused and scared in her home. This is ongoing for 6 weeks. No apology from the management.

The carers are helping my wife to gain more confidence in walking/marching.

The carer is brilliant we can always get through to her and we are so lucky to have her. The service is very effective

The services provided are always tailored to my Sons needs. The agency have provided brilliant, well trained staff who are there for my son. They all start their shifts by greeting him and acknowledging his needs first. The staff are always professional and prepared for their calls to our family home. The are organised and tidy with the tasks they perform and always communicate my sons needs. The carers will always discuss issues and concerns with us directly and complete diligent reports for the care plan. My son enjoys the carers and the time they spend with him whilst providing him with both social and personal care. The office staff are always reachable (even out of hours) they will return calls and emails promptly and always endeavour to help with our son's needs. The online portal is great for accessing the rota and to see which staff will be attending the call.

It's nice to see people 4 times a day.

My time is my own, and carers vary; some respect it, but others I have to explain this. Some carers are brilliant, but some need further training. The world is made of all different people with different abilities & feelings.

Most of the carers are very good in the care & support they provide to Dad. However, there are a few carers who do not engage with Dad or rush with the care & support of Dad, even though there is substantial time available & also do not make any effort to engage with Dad.

All the carers are lovely ladys.

Excellent, compassionate employees. Always available and helpful in a crisis. They go out of their way to help and provide assistance. I couldn't praise enough, especially the manager and her team.

The staff and carers are professional, caring, supportive and fully aware of their responsibilities and take great care and respect with the person they are caring for. Highly recommended. Always happy with them.

All staff were very attentive courteous caring and empathetic to us all. A particular lady who was their manager was also very good she listened to what we required and she provided my mother with just what we specified. I would recommend them 100% satisfied with this Concept cares service. Their should be more agencies like this.

The carers that have been with me for a long time, have provided an excellent service and help to make my life comfortable, and ensure that all my daily personal needs are always met.

All of the carers that attended my wife Linda in her final days were very efficient, kind and nothing was ever too much to ask them. Especially three members of staff in particular. These carers enabled my wife to live out her final days comfortably.

I just wanted to say thank you for the care your team gave to my late dad. He was very unwell for a month before he died and a member of your team was with him for 12 hour shifts, 24/7 for most of that time (as well as the double-ups that arrived regularly)

All of your team were caring, understanding and looked after dad and I cannot express how pleased I am with all of them.

I would particularly like to praise one carer in particular. She is a wonderful carer and an even better person. Not only did she look after dad, she was kind and understanding towards family and friends, and was also very good company during periods when dad was asleep - which was most of the time towards the end. Please forward this to her or pass on my gratitude for everything she did, and wish her all the best.

I feel my brother gets good care from the staff at Concept Care Solutions. Everybody there treats him well and an effort is made to get him out and about and involved in activities. I regularly receive photos of him out and having a good time with staff. The team has also done a good job of promoting his weight loss. There are some small aspects that could be improved, such as supporting him to keep his room clean and tidy, but overall he receives a good level of care and support.

They have even managed to get my son's weight down. This is amazing.

To all the carers that visited my parent's house at this sad time, I would just like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You cared for my dad with dignity, respect and compassion. You came into their home and greeted my mum on each visit which as a family I am so grateful. Thank you all for being there for my dad.
