There was no compassion towards my aunt in the manner in which the carer was removed and a random one replaced. She became confused and scared in her home. This is ongoing for 6 weeks. No apology from the management.
Excellent, compassionate employees. Always available and helpful in a crisis. They go out of their way to help and provide assistance. I couldn't praise enough, especially the manager and her team.

All staff were very attentive courteous caring and empathetic to us all. A particular lady who was their manager was also very good she listened to what we required and she provided my mother with just what we specified. I would recommend them 100% satisfied with this Concept cares service. Their should be more agencies like this.
