Overall the care is consistent the care is great, they are caring and compassionate. The carers shouldn't feel that they cant get involved with certain things if we are at home. Sometimes we feel that the carers deal with our stress but they are very supportive.

The services provided are always tailored to my Sons needs. The agency have provided brilliant, well trained staff who are there for my son. They all start their shifts by greeting him and acknowledging his needs first. The staff are always professional and prepared for their calls to our family home.
The are organised and tidy with the tasks they perform and always communicate my sons needs. The carers will always discuss issues and concerns with us directly and complete diligent reports for the care plan. My son enjoys the carers and the time they spend with him whilst providing him with both social and personal care. The office staff are always reachable (even out of hours) they will return calls and emails promptly and always endeavour to help with our son's needs. The online portal is great for accessing the rota and to see which staff will be attending the call.
