All of the carers that attended my wife Linda in her final days were very efficient, kind and nothing was ever too much to ask them. Especially three members of staff in particular. These carers enabled my wife to live out her final days comfortably.

I just wanted to say thank you for the care your team gave to my late dad. He was very unwell for a month before he died and a member of your team was with him for 12 hour shifts, 24/7 for most of that time (as well as the double-ups that arrived regularly)
All of your team were caring, understanding
and looked after dad and I cannot express how pleased I am with all of them.
I would particularly like to praise one carer in particular. She is a wonderful carer and an even better person. Not only did she look after dad, she was kind and understanding towards family and friends, and was also very good company during periods when dad was asleep - which was most of the time towards the end. Please forward this to her or pass on my gratitude for everything she did, and wish her all the best.

I feel my brother gets good care from the staff at Concept Care Solutions. Everybody there treats him well and an effort is made to get him out and about and involved in activities. I regularly receive photos of him out and having a good time with staff. The team has also done a good job of promoting
his weight loss. There are some small aspects that could be improved, such as supporting him to keep his room clean and tidy, but overall he receives a good level of care and support.

The Willows supported living under Concept Care has excellent caring and sensitive staff. The premises are well kept and clean. Communication with Concept Care is good.

To all the carers that visited my parent's house at this sad time, I would just like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You cared for my dad with dignity, respect and compassion. Because my dad is 94, rather deaf and housebound, he loves his routine with his friendly carers. Concept Care Solutions looked after my mum so Dad has confidence in his care. I like the fact that I am kept in the loop. Any problem is recorded and I receive a call from the carer or office. It's so very
reassuring knowing it's a familiar daily face. Keep up the good work.

Staff were all excellent, very helpful and professional but also genuinely caring and respectful. We were so lucky to have the carer that we did, such a kind person to help us at such an important time. My father, in fact, thought that she was a friend of mine, rather than a professional carer, which
