The Bramble team in Bristol/South Gloucestershire have looked after my Dad for about 12 months. We have been so impressed by the whole team for their dedication to our Dad. The managers have supported my father and also my mother so well to ensure that the team are giving the right care. The care team are friendly, hard-working and commited to providing a high standard of care. Dad can be grumpy at times but they have have persevered with him and have a great relationship with him, often singing, sense of humour and banter. His needs were quite complex but they gave goid care. Dad has recently moved into a care home and we will miss the Bramble team. Highly recommended!

However, I am pleased to say this company are different. All the carers really do care. It is clear they are well trained and happy in their role and not just 'doing a job'.
They have built up great relationships with my Dad and enjoy the time they spend with him, despite some of his grumpy/stubborn ways.
They go over and above what is expected of them and have on some occasions stayed behind over their shift if my Dad was not well and paramedica have been called.

One tiny little niggle is when a carer visits mum earlier in the afternoon than the time stated on the rota, when we take mum out we aim to return her in time for her carer and if the carer arrives early it does cause a worry for them and mum but generally we are very pleased with Bramble Home Care and happy with how they look after mum.
I am eternally grateful to be surrounded by such precious gems.

Our young carer is competent and efficient. My Husband has complete confidence in her. Friendly and cheerful in the morning, very will and patient.
From the word go from the first review sounded promising and managed to turn out better than promised and cannot fault anybody for their bedside manner and caring attitude. Marks out of 10, I would give 11, because they were there when needed without quibble.

Presently, our full-time care coordinator, Julie, started with Bramble Homecare 7 years ago as a community support worker. Over the years, she has held other roles within Bramble, such as Field Care Supervisor, Recruitment and Admin.
