Lovely, caring staff who went beyond their role to help out. The staff were reliable and very thoughtful and kind towards my father. They treated him with respect and dignity and did everything they could to help him remain in his home.

I have never received such a great service from a care company before. The staff are very dedicated and most of all very helpful. Whenever I have contacted the office I have been dealt with professionally and quickly. They are all very pleasant people and we are very happy with the service we receive.
Would highly recommend.

My mam has received care, support and friendship from the lovely staff at Meadowvale for about 3 years, which has enabled my mum to continue living in her own home. where she has lived for many years, bringing up her family. As far as possible my mam has had a regular care team, which has greatly helped
her physical and mental well-being, assisting in her daily life and domestic duties.
As my mam cannot get out and about unaided, the carers, especially two members of staff in particular, who enabled mam to enjoy the Meadowvale coffee mornings and craftwork she so enjoys.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Meadowvale not only from our mam but her family too.

After moving to the area 1 and a half years ago we have had Meadowvale looking after my mum, who is 86, a full-time wheelchair user with early-stage dementia, as well as having a stroke in 2019 and doubly incontinent.
They give excellent professional support, giving Mum both dignity and respect if

it was not for their care Mum would have to have gone into a care home.
But the service they offer allows Mum to stay at the centre of her family allowing her to have an excellent quality of life. In a loving caring environment.
Thank you Meadowvale, you have supported me as well as my mum, even at short notice when I needed a little extra help you were there.
I can't imagine a more caring, professional, life-enhancing company who makes a difference, for both the person you care for as well as the support offered to me as my mum's main carer.
I would highly recommend you to one and all.

This company has been caring for my wife since they began. She was the first on their books, and we're still with them - which, to me says a lot. Always caring, compassionate and friendly. Yes, there have been times when things didn't go to plan but that happens in all walks of life. We're kept in the
loop, and if you know what's happening it's calming, and if you're calm, then they're doing their job. Long may they reign over us - and if and when my time is due, guess who I'll turn to.

Our late grandparent received care and support from this firm. We would recommend it to anyone. Staff are caring, friendly, funny, down-to-earth, well trained, very clean, and felt like part of our family. Couldn't do enough for them.

My late dear friend received exemplary care at home from the team at Meadowvale. She had up to 4 visits a day for several months, and increasing care as her health deteriorated. The team were always reliable, caring and pleasant. They managed to keep a balance between discretion and friendliness and
between professionalism and very welcome humour. Many went above and beyond to make my friend's remaining time as comfortable as possible.
My friend was always very independent and, therefore, it was with some trepidation that we awaited the first visit. It is not easy letting a stranger into one's home. But any qualms soon disappeared and my friend soon started to look forward to the visits. It made such a difference having home care and, as a result, my friend was able to remain in her home to the end, which was very much what she wanted.
