We had support from this care company during an incredibly difficult time and I honestly can't thank them enough.


The care provided was not only professional but full of genuine warmth and compassion. Every member of the team treated my mum with dignity and kindness.


They were also incredibly

flexible, adapting to changing needs and circumstances without ever making things feel difficult or overwhelming.


I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing support at a challenging time - they truly went above and beyond when we needed it most

I have just started using care for my husband who has Parkinson's and my experience so far has been completely positive. We have used Paul who is so caring and kind and my husband is very happy and comfortable with him.

This is an exceptional care company. The Manager and staff are charming, polite, helpful, friendly, enthusiastic, kind, gentle and professional. I could go on!
Nothing is too much for them. They help my father with is medical needs and household chores like making his lunch, putting the shopping away,
making the beds and the housework leaving everything gleaming! They still make time to sit and chat with my parents and make guests cups of tea!
Even with my father's poor mobility, it was no trouble for them to take him to the dentist and back again and help with his aftercare.
My exhausted mother said this is the first time she has been able to relax in the 14 months since my father became ill and has even managed a nap as she has such confidence in their ability to look after him.
Both my parents feel there is genuine compassion and kindness and feel very well cared for. We really wished we had found this wonderful company sooner and we highly recommend them.

Fortune Life has turned out to be everything we could wish for in a home care package.
We needed to find carers speedily before my husband could be discharge from hospital and within a few hours of contact, the owner came to visit him in the ward. 24 hours later we were home and on the rota. She
and the staff are an amazing team of individuals who deliver professional and compassionate care and so much more. They are endlessly patient, cajoling my husband to take his medication and food with good humour and a light touch. I am also well supported and my many questions and insecurities are addressed which I am grateful for. The company's communication is good and they are proving to be totally reliable.

The care our dad receives from our carers is nothing short of exceptional. He is treated with kindness, patience and compassion from a small team of wonderful, dedicated people. They are reliable, turn up on time, anticipate his needs and are genuinely interested in dad's health and well being. The
personal connection that has been built with dad (and mum)is also very special and makes a difference to both their lives. We feel very lucky to have found Fortune Life and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a carer who treats their clients like family.

We have had a carer for my father for around 5 years as and when required. She would come in to give him a shower, help him dress and make sure he had eaten. More recently his carer has been responsible for helping prepare meals and made sure my father was fed and had taken his medication. His carer
is an absolute joy and my dad is very fond of her. She is totally trustworthy, gave me regular updates and her standard of care was 100%. I knew dad was in safe hands. I have absolutely no concerns about recommending his carer for future care work.

I am very happy with the care the manager and the team provide for my mother. They are kind patient and good-humoured. They are reliable and don't let me down and I feel happy mum is in safe hands while I'm at work. The manager has the same carers looking after Mum (including herself) to reassure her.
The manager has provided care at short notice and there is regular communication between us. The carers write a note each visit to say how Mum has been that day.

The overall standard of care and dignity is excellent. Unless prompted, household care is not to the highest standard. Caring for my mother is of great importance to my brother and I. Sometimes there is a lack of communication between myself and the carers, if there is a lack of anything I need to know
