We had support from this care company during an incredibly difficult time and I honestly can't thank them enough.

The care provided was not only professional but full of genuine warmth and compassion. Every member of the team treated my mum with dignity and kindness.

They were also incredibly flexible, adapting to changing needs and circumstances without ever making things feel difficult or overwhelming.

I have just started using care for my husband who has Parkinson's and my experience so far has been completely positive. We have used Paul who is so caring and kind and my husband is very happy and comfortable with him.

My carers are wonderful, helpful and they take care of me. They check my tablets, and take me out for a walk and provide me with a lovely companion. They are kind and considerate. They are absolute angels!

We needed to find carers speedily before my husband could be discharge from hospital and within a few hours of contact, the owner came to visit him in the ward. 24 hours later we were home and on the rota. She and the staff are an amazing team of individuals who deliver professional and compassionate care and so much more. They are endlessly patient, cajoling my husband to take his medication and food with good humour and a light touch. I am also well supported and my many questions and insecurities are addressed which I am grateful for. The company's communication is good and they are proving to be totally reliable.

The care our dad receives from our carers is nothing short of exceptional. He is treated with kindness, patience and compassion from a small team of wonderful, dedicated people. They are reliable, turn up on time, anticipate his needs and are genuinely interested in dad's health and well being. The personal connection that has been built with dad (and mum)is also very special and makes a difference to both their lives. We feel very lucky to have found Fortune Life and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a carer who treats their clients like family.

The care and kindness that I have received.

We have had a carer for my father for around 5 years as and when required. She would come in to give him a shower, help him dress and make sure he had eaten. More recently his carer has been responsible for helping prepare meals and made sure my father was fed and had taken his medication. His carer is an absolute joy and my dad is very fond of her. She is totally trustworthy, gave me regular updates and her standard of care was 100%. I knew dad was in safe hands. I have absolutely no concerns about recommending his carer for future care work.

She is always helpful and cheerful.

Our experience with Fortune Life Homecare has been nothing but exemplary. Their care and attention to our mum were simply as wonderful as she could be. difficult to deal with. They looked after mum showing her dignity was always considered.

I am very happy with the care the manager and the team provide for my mother. They are kind patient and good-humoured. They are reliable and don't let me down and I feel happy mum is in safe hands while I'm at work. The manager has the same carers looking after Mum (including herself) to reassure her. The manager has provided care at short notice and there is regular communication between us. The carers write a note each visit to say how Mum has been that day.

Excellent caring help with shaving, dressing, clear-ups, and seeing me safely downstairs for breakfast in the mornings. Would not have been able to cope without her.

The overall standard of care and dignity is excellent. Unless prompted, household care is not to the highest standard. Caring for my mother is of great importance to my brother and I. Sometimes there is a lack of communication between myself and the carers, if there is a lack of anything I need to know e.g fan not working.

The care my mother receives is professional, caring and competent. Both my mum and I trust the carers that come, and she gets on really well with them. We consistently have the same two carers each week (bar holidays), and that is really great for my mum. The organisation is easy to contact, and I feel my mu's care needs are well met.

Our carer continuously shows care, compassion, respect and excellent standards, which we are very grateful for. He pays attention to every detail and provides the utmost high quality care, along with the manager. We could not ask for better care. Both go out of their way to help my dad and family, always going the extra mile for everything, including the small things which really count too. Both are reassuring, lovely and kind people. Lucky to have them!

We continue to be very pleased with the care provided. The team are always willing to go the extra mile. My mother-in-law is very happy with all the carers that visit and the positive impact they have on her quality of life.
