During her service, Claire gained a large amount of medical training including working as a medical technician within the NHS and providing paramedic support including advanced life support and trauma training. Starting with childcare, Claire decided she was better suited to providing care in the community and started working as a carer for Bluebird Care. In the last 5 years, Claire has fulfilled various roles including Team leader in both domiciliary care and care homes. During this time Claire has qualified for her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Social and Health Care. Additionally, Claire has qualified in Dementia care and end of life.
Lorraine is a friendly, caring individual and goes above an beyond for all the clients she supports. Lorraine started as a care worker in 2019 and has thrived within the role and worked her way to senior care worker through determination and dedication.
I have worked with TH Homely Care Services since 2020, I have grown as an individual since starting my role and became a senior member of the team earlier in 2023.
