I cannot thank the Mega care team enough for the care they gave my Dad. All the carer's were very kind and caring and one young man in particular who really went that extra mile with his care and compassion and his name is Emmanuel, he spent a lot of time with my Dad and they built a lovely friendship and knew what he would like for lunch and nothing was too much trouble. He used to send me the shopping list for the week, which was so helpful. Such a kind and caring young man.
We as a family and of course my Dad, were never let down by Mega care and their staff and so very grateful for their help.

Our daughter has a dedicated team of carers who rotate between day and night shifts to provide 24-hour care in her home. The 3 main carers that we know are all very, very caring and professional. They are kind, friendly, considerate and patient, coping with our daughter's moods and "paddies". They always keep us informed of any problems or difficulties, have reacted swiftly and calmly when there has been a medical problem and communicate well with each other, the office and ourselves. There is also a team of "popin" carers to help with meal prep and personal care.They are also just as caring and professional. We are very very happy with everyone at Mega Resources.

On the whole we are really pleased with my father's care. The carers are very kind and look after his basic needs and he always looks clean as they change his clothes regularly. Sometimes the toilet is dirty depending who is looking after him so that makes me a bit sad.

The carer has been excellent. Show care understanding and knowledge. She has been so supportive and is an excellent ambassador for Mega Care. She is always patient and empathetic to the needs of my wife (the patient) and myself (the husband). Always positive and upbeat.
