The carers have been very helpful and also caring they have been patient with Dad. Furthermore, I'm very pleased with the work and experience they have given.

I have been with Mega Resources now for about 10 years. I have never had any problems. The girls always treat me with respect, are always at the end of the telephone if I need to ring them. Always show up on time, do what I ask them to do. Help me have a shower and hair wash. Very polite and dedicated to their work.

I have been very impressed by the service provided by Mega. All the staff (with one small exception of a trainee, whom I have already mentioned) are efficient, effective, kind and friendly even over such long hours. My one comment is that it would be helpful, once the rota is drawn up if approximate times of visits were signalled by email to text i.e. 7-8 and 8-9. It is quite stressful for relatives and probably more so for those living alone, not to know when to get up and when they might hope to relax at the end of the day. Otherwise a really brilliant service. I had not expected anything like this standard. Thank you so much.

I am more than satisfied with Mega Resources Nursing & Care. The treatment both myself and my husband receive from our carers is exemplary and can not be faulted. We look forward to each visit.

Have not had much experience with carers, especially for my dad, but I was pleasantly surprised. They took great care of my dad, took time to talk to him and treated him with respect and took care of all his needs.

The standard of care by the carers is very good. I was concerned that the company could not meet our request that the extra 15 minutes allocated to the care package was being placed at the beginning of the day at the weekend. This would totally be against what we were trying to achieve, and that was to give Mrs Weston a bit more time to get up in the morning, However, on checking with the carers the extra time allocated has now been placed at the end of the package e.g. 8.45am finish for all days.

Hi, mother is very pleased with the service provided and gets on well with all staff. All staff are pleasant and helpful mother likes getting her rota every week and looks forward to seeing everyone each day and at night thank you for the great service.

The review for their initial week of care has been outstanding. All the team members have been helpful, courteous and very kind towards my mother. Always informative and have never let us down. With reference to the ratings, I have rated them as excellent. They have all very quickly been able to learn the layout of the kitchen, bathroom and my mother's bedroom. In the coming weeks, as I return to work, I am well assured that she is in extremely good and efficient hands.

Mega Resources Nursing & Care has been amazing. I always feel my brother is in safe hands. He always looks presentable and well looked after and the carers are always going above and beyond for him.
