Mega Resources Nursing & Care - Northamptonshire

The care provided by Mega Resources is excellent, the carers are professional and treat my husband as an individual with dignity and respect. They take the time to talk and understand his needs as well as supporting me in understanding his medication.

Mega Care provides me with all the help needed. Nothing is too much trouble. They will help as much as possible in a friendly and professional manner.

Care is good apart from one carer which has been reported on a number of occasions.

I cannot fault any of the carers. They work extremely hard and have had to amend my grandparents care on very short notice. I have had no issues ringing, texting or emailing them, and they ensure I am updated on a regular - almost daily basis when necessary. I particularly like that they have become an extension of our family and treat us as a member of the team. My grandad likes having the carers about, however, my nan does not 'like' having carers (in denial of her health and care needs). Even though she is not compliant and can interfere with the carers undertaking their tasks - household and grandad's care plans - they always have infinite patience and perseverance. Thank you!

Extremely helpful and personable staff. Particularly pleased that one employee attends to my dad most of the time, who shows great care and understanding.

The carer that comes in the evenings to cook for my dad is wonderful. She is always on time, friendly and polite. She is very professional and listens to my dad and helps him to choose what he wants to eat and when he can. She encouraged him to help prepare the meals which we really wanted to keep his confidence going. She is very patient with my dad and makes time to chat with him. We have the same carer which really helps my dad. We as a family really value her and the difference she has made to the quality of my dad's life. P.S. She is a great cook!

The care supplied by Mega Care is usually very good, although there are times when they do not manage to find cover for my hours.

Concerned for my wellbeing. Respectful, Friendly helpful to assist. Always ask if they can do anything else at end of the call. If I had a complaint I know it will be listened to and action taken from it.

I would not be without my carers. They do so much for me, nothing is too much bother. They are more like family, wouldn't be here now if it wasn't for 2 of them. They are always very friendly. I can't express what they mean to me. Love them all.

They have taken a great weight of responsibility from the family and my grandad is happy he is allowed to remain at home. They understand his needs as a dementia sufferer.

I have four excellent carers who go above and beyond in the care and assistance they give me, as well as helping to keep my spirits up and providing me with welcome conversation and friendly demeanour.
