Overall Experience

My experience has been very mixed due to the carers involved. Some carers are brilliant, easy to talk to and good fun. They will do all they can to help you as much as possible. Sadly, the other half have been miserable and, rather than help if they have time, choose to use their personal phones to amuse themselves. As there are a lot of carers from other countries, this can cause a lot of language barriers. This is especially apparent when cooking food. Anything beyond microwave meals causes problems.

Overall Experience

Our daughter has a dedicated team of carers who rotate between day and night shifts to provide 24-hour care in her home. The 3 main carers that we know are all very, very caring and professional. They are kind, friendly, considerate and patient, coping with our daughter's moods and "paddies". They always keep us informed of any problems or difficulties, have reacted swiftly and calmly when there has been a medical problem and communicate well with each other, the office and ourselves. There is also a team of "popin" carers to help with meal prep and personal care.They are also just as caring and professional. We are very very happy with everyone at Mega Resources.

My husband's care is very good, only small problem which has been addressed is 2 women carers are not good for him, he is not confident and can fall easily.

Overall Experience
Megacare staff are all genuinely very caring and gentle, and we feel confident that my mother is treated with kindness, dignity and diligence.
Management is well organised, review with us regularly and the reporting app lets us see the feedback from every care visit.
Carers have never failed to arrive and contact us if there are concerns.

Not all have kitchen skills but adequate.

1 carers always on time

4 the people in the office are always easy to deal with and react very quickly if a problem arises'
5 leading carers / supervisors are very understanding and efficient at dealing with what ever problem arises.
6 staff uniforms . and offer an air of authority .

7 although my sister is terminally ill they all treat her with respect .

Overall Experience

Megacare has been caring for my dad for a period of over five years and we could not be happier with the service. The carers are reliable, trustworthy and kind. They are proactive, noticing if there is any issue with Dad (eg medication) and letting me know. Communication with the office is excellent - they're very helpful and efficient. I would be very happy to see them receive recognition for their excellent work.

All our carers are great. They all really look after my mother with great care and communicate excellently with her. She appreciates all they do for her. There is nothing I can fault with their care service. They are also very good at communicating with the rest of the family

My review went well and all the staff make you feel at ease and all the carers treat you with respect and dignity. I have had many carers depending on what rota they are given but I do have a favourite and asked is the particular carers could come all the time which has been agreed.

Carers are very caring. They are very understanding of the needs of my father. He has a very good bond with the carer who comes most of the time. This carer goes above and beyond with him.
