over time meant their role changed from encouraging her to eat and drink and other light house duties to the more intimate care needed in the final stages of her life. She was treated with dignity and respect at every step. They provided emotional support for our family in the final days for which we will be forever grateful and the communication throughout could not be faulted. I was always contacted if there were concerns and positive and assertive action was always taken when her care needs changed. They worked well with the other agencies involved.

I don't believe we could have fulfilled her wishes to stay at home until then end without the help from this amazing team.
