On the whole we are really pleased with my father's care. The carers are very kind and look after his basic needs and he always looks clean as they change his clothes regularly. Sometimes the toilet is dirty depending who is looking after him so that makes me a bit sad.

The carer has been excellent. Show care understanding and knowledge. She has been so supportive and is an excellent ambassador for Mega Care. She is always patient and empathetic to the needs of my wife (the patient) and myself (the husband). Always positive and upbeat.
Two other staff members have
also excellent skills of care and understanding when putting my wife to bed. The new arrangements for care have worked well during the initial days.
We specifically asked if we could have one staff member in particular having had her for care previously when we were also impressed by her work

Only had care for 5 days. The first impressions were not good. Trying to get a response (non-emergency) by email or call back doesn't exist, yet website says you receive a reply within 24 hours. Three concerns over three days and none have been resolved this way. I had to practically beg for the rota
and times for carers calling.

I have found Mega Resources Nursing & Care to be extremely helpful in my rehabilitation. It was so beneficial to have familiar carers who displayed consistent kindness, consideration, respect and professionalism. As an older woman (single) I was concerned about having male carers but this worry was
totally unfounded for the reasons stated above. My carers were so willing to assist and build my confidence and I am very grateful. Well done.

As a family, we were extremely happy with the care my nan received in her final weeks. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure my nan was comfortable - even after she had passed! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I have been with Mega Resources now for about 10 years. I have never had any problems. The girls always treat me with respect, are always at the end of the telephone if I need to ring them. Always show up on time, do what I ask them to do. Help me have a shower and hair wash. Very polite and dedicated
to their work.

From the very first contact with Mega Resources it was clear how client focused the company are. My son was fully involved in the decision to have Mega Resources support his complete needs.
