We are quite happy with the carers and have no real complaints. They are good with times generally and most are very friendly and caring. My husband enjoys their company and some have a little joke with him which he enjoys. All good.

I have been under the carers for 10 months now. The carers have been very thoughtful of my needs and always careful of my medication and food, and nothing is too much trouble. If you need to contact the office for any reason, they are very quick at sorting out the problems.

My husband was well looked after by your wonderful carers. They came every day, were polite, dedicated to their job and did it so professionally. Nothing was too much for them. I couldn't have coped without their daily help. I'm so grateful.

My mum came out of the hospital Wednesday 10/2/2021. The carers have been very good with Mum. Carers come four times a day. Very friendly, they talk to Mum. They make sure Mum is comfortable before they go. Everyone that has come to help Mum is friendly and polite.

My family would like to thank the wonderful care that Mega Resources have provided to my mum during the last few weeks of her life. Without exception, every one of the carers have been kind and treated Mum with dignity. Under hugely upsetting circumstances, they have offered support and compassion to
all members of the family. I would like to name a few of the carers who dealt with mum daily, but understand why it’s not permitted, so thank you so much.
