Evasris took on the care of my mother in February and I am delighted that she is in such good hands. The management and administration side is great with superb communication. The carers who look after mum are really diligent and professional. We have had nothing but positive experiences. Knowing I can trust in the quality of care alleviates all the worries you would have for an elderly parent.

The professionalism and care received over the last few weeks from all the carers and management has been exemplary. After a very bad and stressful experience with another company has been such a relief to now receive such excellent standards of care for Dad. To have the communication and knowledge after every visit to know what has been done, how dad is and, despite all the challenges that we are having with dad, I feel, he is being looked after as well as possible.

My mum has received care with this company for a couple of months now, four times a day. She is very happy with all the carers and has settled into her new daily routine really well. The carers are friendly and attentive and leave her with all she needs until their next visit and tidy up after themselves. We have no complaints.

We have tried many approaches to care as my wife has several long-term conditions and we are now of an age where we both need varying levels of support. Following two unhappy years with another provider we decided to review the market again and came across Affexa who seemed to have a fresh approach. They made our shortlist against quite specific needs. We were introduced to the team that would be providing care, time was spent to thoroughly understand what we needed and at no time did we feel pressurised. We have now been using Affexa for seven weeks and are very pleased with the quality of people and the communications with the backroom team in the office. Do a very good job, all around, good job. The staff support me very good. Carers always support me to shower which my other call company didn't. Carers take me out to different places which I enjoy.

My grandad has been receiving home visits from Affexa for over a year now. Initially he was only having 3 visits a week, but due to how impressed we’ve been with the care my grandad has been receiving, over time his visits have now increased to 10 a week. This has greatly supported my grandad in maintaining his independence and staying in his own home as his needs have changed over time.

My carers are always very friendly, caring and supportive whilst also allowing me to maintain my independence where possible. They always make me laugh and cheer me up.

The care and consideration shown to my mother was lovely. All the carers are friendly and help make the experience for an independent lady good.

I have not been with the company long but have found the level of care to be of a high standard. The staff never make me feel embarrassed about my disability. However, there was one occasion when a staff member made me feel unsafe and very anxious. I told the office and it was dealt with quickly.

I have found the care that I have received has been first-class. The carers have all treated me with dignity and friendliness. I feel lucky that I live in Stafford and have such caring ladies looking after me.

Of course, I have my favourites but I get regular carers who I know.

I needed a home care service at short notice and was lucky enough to contact Affexa. From first contact, the service from the Affexa staff could not be faulted and I could not have wished for better in the care I received.

Finding support for a loved one, in their own home, is extremely stressful. Throughout the process Affexa have always been very patient and understanding right from the start. Mum felt included in the decisions made and central to all plans put in place. Affexa staff are very caring, building a trusting relationship with Mum.
