Very enjoyable. Good to meet face to face rather than by phone, as I can seldom see anybody. I have a lovely regular carer weekdays, and hopefully any weekend problems can be resolved. Weekends lack continuity and often times can be later than I like, and if changed, I would like to be informed.
We sincerely apologise that your weekend care has lacked continuity and experienced late arrivals. This is not our standard, and we are looking into it immediately.
Overall very satisfied with the care that has been provided. I think the care provided meets his needs and carried out very professionally.

As a Qualified Ophthalmic Optician for over 22 years, I helped Specsavers build their famous brand by owning and running 4 very successful businesses from 1998 to 2020. During this time, I developed extensive healthcare, retail and customer service skills, which led me to create the Care More brand in 2014 to provide exceptional care services every time.
As a company, we are always looking to improve our service and coverage in this important area of Healthcare. We are all very proud to have a good reputation with all the councils we work with, and we were also chosen to represent our field in the care sector by the Parliamentary Review Team
As a person I thrive on helping others. I’m enthusiastic about customer care and I value learning from others’ experiences. I have worked in the healthcare industry for 30 years and my direct involvement in working with and caring for customers, as both a qualified Optometrist and qualified Audiologist has helped me understand the importance of customer care, including the care of the whole family group.
