All staff are polite and well dressed and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing care.

MD Care are amazing, they are caring and compassionate. The manager is brilliant alongside all the co-workers we really couldn't ask for anything more. These girls are amazing - whether office based or out on the field nothing is too much trouble for them. They look after our Mum with respect, dignity and true care. So far MD Care have provided a 5* service - and have gone above and beyond in terms of how they have cared for my grandma, in difficult circumstances. They have been responsive, transparent, and attentive, whilst the genuine care they have for those they are helping is self-evident. Couldn't be happier with them.

Since changing from another company Mum is so much more settled. Calls are on time, which is good for Mum, otherwise, she becomes very anxious. She really looks forward to the girls coming and they always treat her with the utmost respect. When either my brother or I are there when they call, they always take the time to chat to us and to see how we are doing as well. Unfortunately Mum is in respite at the moment, but once again they have gone above and beyond and kept in regular contact to see how things are going and offer their assistance and advice when dealing with the authorities. I know they are getting paid for the service they give, but they really do have the client's best interest at heart. All the staff have been fantastic and nothing has ever been too much trouble. I cannot recommend this company enough, they are truly outstanding in every way. Many thanks to you all.

Working above and beyond their job. Always taking care of Mum with her best interest at heart. Would always be concerned for her welfare and call an ambulance immediately if needed. In close contact with the family. Always have time for a chat and a joke, brightening up the day both for the carers and for Mum.
