From day one meeting with the care manager to discuss the care we required, she was so lovely and caring towards Mum, they were understanding of my mother's condition and the care needs she required. The care staff were amazing with her and Mum felt really comfortable with them, we felt comfortable and trustworthy to leave Mum in the hands of the staff. They were always on time, friendly and knowledgeable on Mum's condition.
I highly recommend using their services you will not be disappointed!
These are not carers, just young kids who have no respect for the elderly. I had to have cameras put in and what I captured was unbelievable. No way would I recommend these. Weekends were a nightmare could never get hold of anyone in an emergency, took forever. A lot of the time I had to ring my mum and talk to the young girls and tell them what to do as they just stood there asking my mum, who has Alzheimer's, what she wants them to do and she then gets confused as they should know what they should be doing. That is why they have a care plan but strikes me they can't be bothered to read it. I've seen the young ones go in and they don't even take their coats and backpacks off which I think is rude. Makes it look like they in a rush to get out of there. I had carers in to take some stress off me as I have had a stroke but all they did was cause me more stress. A safeguard was put in place and they were told they had to work by the book. I thought that's what they should have done from the start.
I am afraid that this review certainly does not reflects the practices of Heaven Scent Care Services Ltd. I understand that the decision to discontinue your mum's care might be upsetting but does not warrant the non-factual statements made.

Not a lot to say very happy with the way they treat my husband, kind, pleasant, courteous to be with. Not got a bad word to say about them.
HeavenScent have been excellent care providers to my parents-in-law. Providing excellent professional care and support, they are always on hand when needed, and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you HeavenScent, for being there and making a positive difference.
I can unreservedly recommend this superb company for their excellent care provision. The dedication and kindness to their clients was completely extraordinary, and I will be forever in their debt for what they did to ease a difficult time.
