From start until finish, the care my mother had was perfect. Every member of care staff treated my mum so well and she got to stay at home where she wanted to be. When mums needs changed they bent over backwards to make those changes. Mum ended up in 24 hour care but years later than we ever imagined thanks to Verytas.

When I rang with an enquiry, to make a change or ask something extra of them, they were always helpful and I felt went above and beyond the call of duty. I knew all the staff really well and each one of them had a wonderful nature about them. In a really difficult time, Verytas really made a difference in mine and my mum's life. I'm forever grateful.

The carers were very caring towards my mum, she enjoyed their company and banter during the calls. Always arrived on time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The senior carer was very supportive of both my mum and dad.
