My mother-in-law has been receiving help from Aceso since the beginning of this year. Although originally hostile to the idea of having carers, she is now accepting of them and is mostly enjoying their visits. As she has Alzheimer's, her moods can vary, and she sometimes refuses to co-operate, but they are always kind to her, and sometimes manage to persuade her to get up and get on. The carers have been a real asset during the lockdown period, supporting me and my husband as we face the difficulties of this awful disease.
We find all staff very professional and caring, the very best care agency we have ever used.
Thank you for your valued feedback, our team work hard to ensure that the very best care is provided to our clients.
My mother in law was cared for by Aceso in the last 5 months of her life during treatment for cancer. All the carers were so kind and obviously loved what they did. Without their help, my mother in law couldn't have stayed at home and would have had to go into a nursing home. They were also a big support to me, both mentally and physically, in my caring role for which I am so grateful.
Thank you for your kind words, our team works hard to ensure we deliver a high standard of care and it is good to hear your positive feedback.
During the period you have looked after my father. The service you have provided has been exceptional and has been of great comfort to my father and family at this difficult time. The care and dedication your whole team has provided has been very thorough and of an exceptionally high standard enabling my father to keep his dignity. Knowing your team will be there for my father as his needs are growing is very reassuring. May we just say a big thank you.
All carers are very friendly so good with my wife talking to her, reassuring her, making her feel safe when hoisting, keep everywhere tidy, only one incident with a male carer, she didn't trust, we now have no male carers. It is so intrusive letting people in our home but glad we have found a good care service and happily, they will be able to spread out visits.
To date, the company has been excellent. My father has palliative dementia but has at all times been treated as an individual with both care and respect. I personally trust Aceso Home Care which is considerably more than I can say for the predecessors who I was VERY happy to part company with. Had I known Aceso Home Care prior, I would have insisted on the change to them much sooner.
We have only been using the service for a short time and this was unexpected. My husband has been treated very well and all the staff do their utmost to make him comfortable and care for him. They have been supportive to me during his life-changing situation. They have worked very hard to help us come to terms with a very stressful period in our lives. Their experience has been very reassuring.
The staff at all levels seem well chosen and the carers very well trained and friendly without being intrusive.
Thank you for your positive review and kind words.
The care company have got very dedicated staff. They are polite and very thorough in their duties. From start to finish I have had no problems being a client and I would definately recommend them to people like myself. Everyone of these staff is a team player when they leave the household you feel relaxed and totally satisfied. A job well done and excellent service.
Thank you for your kind words, our team works hard to ensure we deliver a high standard of care and its good to hear your positive feedback.
Clarriots took over my care several months ago. All our family find their care efficient, gentle and kindly. They feel like friends and do their very best to arrive on time and when expected. I and all my family are grateful.
Thank you for your thoughtful and kind feedback!
The carer is aware of my mother's needs and carries out her duties in a friendly and professional manner. As my mother has dementia and is unable to cope with "change" the Clarriots Care team try as much as is practicable to ensure that she has the same carer in attendance. I feel confident that the arere has my mother's best interests at heart. The carer is always cheerful and friendly and my mother is comfortable with her presence in her home.
Excellent caring and thoughtful staff. Nothing is too much trouble in their helping with the care of my husband. Also been very helpful with other issues connected with my husband's wellbeing. Very pleased we chose Clarriots.
Excellent service. Highly professional. Very kind and caring staff. Lovely and warm individuals that we would highly recommend to others. Very helpful and looks after my Dad with compassion and dignity at all times. Thank you.
The care, consideration and support given to my mother-in-law and the family by all staff members has been of a really high level right from the initial visit. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the understanding shown with the ever changing requirements is greatly appreciated.
My husband's needs are always taken into account in areas such as providing continuity of care and the carers with whom he is most comfortable. It always feels as though we receive a personal service.
A big thank you to the cares who help me to look after my husband at home and hopefully will do so for a long time yet. They are polite and helpful, cheerful and respect my husband's dignity and not only care for my husband but also make sure that I am ok too.
I cannot praise Clarriots Care Cheshire East enough. My Grandad is very reliant upon my Mum since we lost my Grandma in February, but even still, he was reluctant to have carers when we went away for a fortnight last month. We organised for Clarriots Care (Cheshire East) to visit him a few nights a week, but weren't sure how it was going to go down - Luckily, it was a success. Thanks to Clarriots for changing my Grandad's mind on having a carer! The Registered Manager could not help enough; when it came to discussing not only his current needs but explaining that anything she felt needed doing whilst we were abroad, could be sorted without hesitation, this was great peace of mind for us. The carer came to visit my Grandad prior to us going away & were there whenever he needed them throughout our absence. They even offered phone calls to keep him company on the nights we hadn't booked for them to visit. Brilliant service, huge thanks to the Manager for sorting it all. Will definitely be using again.
My mother was very pleased with the support that she received from the whole team at Clarriots Care. It gave the confidence and support she needed whilst I was away on holiday. It was great how that any new member of the team was introduced by someone my mother had already meet, and she then knew who would be visiting her the next day. Knowing that the team were also able to be called on out of hours was also a big plus. Thanks go to the whole team!
The care/support provided for my 96 year old father is excellent. The carers are considerate, attentive and follow care plans which are individual to my father. They are very respectful especially when providing personal care i.e showering. The company ensure that there is no swapping and changing of staff and that there is consistency. The manager is very competent, empathetic and very committed to providing tailor-made service for individuals.
Clarriots Care have been extremely professional providing care service to my father. They offer a tailor made package to suit the individual need and provide the same carers each time, so there is a continuity of care. The standard of care is superb and if there have been any problem it is communicated to the relevant parties in an efficient manner. My experience with Clarriots Care has been brilliant and would highly recommend their services.
