My daughter receives 24/7 support from Sans Soucie. I cannot praise the care workers and senior management team enough. They are very approachable, they listen and take action swiftly where needed. The senior management team are hands-on meaning they know my daughter well so really are able to provide person-centred support. They are constantly looking to improve and actively seek feedback from clients and their families. My daughter enjoys the many activities, day trips and holidays that Sans Soucie organises and the social interaction they encourage between the houses they support. I am extremely happy with the support my daughter receives and the interaction they encourage from parents.
Thank you for your positive feedback. Providing person-centred care to the people we support is our priority, and it's wonderful to know this is evident to their family members. I look forward to our continued support for your daughter, working closely within a multidisciplinary approach. I will share your kind words with the team members who oversee your daughter's support. Best wishes.
Sans Soucie is committed to providing quality personalised care. Their style at present is collaborative and inclusive. Staff retention has improved a lot and continuity of care is very good. Management and staff strive to understand individual needs and action-highlighted issues in reasonable timeframes. Staff training has become an important focus and communication between staff, family and service users has improved. It is becoming clear that management and staff care about the best outcomes and are approachable for discussion. They are open to receiving constructive and helpful advice if the need arises. This organisation continues to make improvements across the board and I feel my daughter is in good hands.
My father was taken ill rather suddenly. His cancer was non-operable and, therefore, my father had to accept end-of-life, and within a few days of diagnosis. Dad lived for seven weeks - the care that he received from Sans Soucis couldn't have been bettered. For seven weeks, the carers arrived on time, stayed as long as required and could not have been more attentive to my father - making him laugh daily. A huge thank you to all of our carers for making the best of a horrendous situation. We are so very grateful. Thank you.
We are very sorry for your loss. It has been a pleasure to look after your dad. We appreciate the compliments, and they will be shared with all staff.
Very poor provider at management level and in their support for service users. Communication and staff accountability very poor. Implementing of care plan, not up to any sort of standard. Easy to respect choice of service users which is vital but dealing with choice that is detrimental to the service users' welfare is not addressed. Very poor experience.
It is very sad that the writer has made the same allegations and called the police but her allegations were unsubstantiated after investigation. We have reported our concerns which are being investigated accordingly.
Very supportive of my needs. Kind and considerate.
Very Happy to Support this young Lady. Our third year in Supporting Her.
My son is always happy to go to Sans Soucie, the support is adequate for his special needs. Overall, Excellent.
Sans Soucie Home Care Ltd supported my Mother for the past 2+ years. My mother had early onset of dementia and needed assistance with getting up, washing and getting ready for the day. The team at Sans Soucie were at all time extremely supportive of both myself and mother. Great service, highly recommended.
Thank you very much for your positive review. Our staff enjoyed to work with your mum and family. We wish her her and your family all the best
